Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Room was extremely clean and big esp the jacuzzi tub where the jets were strong enuf to give a good massage. Location was pretty ok with only 86baht by Grab to Chiang Mai Night Bazaar or 100baht by tuk tuk.
Cons: Breakfast was moderate. Strictly NO SMOKING hotel and its a hassle as I will need to go out of the hotel or a smoking point downstairs to smoke.

The hotel is stunning! The room is spacious and beautiful! Every corner of the room is a piece of wooden art! While having breakfast, we feel so relaxed to look at the garden and the fish. The traffic is easy, we take the tuk tuk outside the hotel and go to the night bazaar for shopping and dinner. We only stayed for 1 night but we love the hotel a lot!อ่านต่อ

I was attracted by their enviranment and deco when browsing thru agoda. Indeed, Pingviman didnt disappoint me!
Although it situated in a corner of old city, its not a bad idea to stroll in small street with my boyfriend. They also provide free bicycle if u prefer to explore in a faster mode.

The hotel is Lanna style, it seems you are back in the old times. It's very relaxing to stay in the hotel. The room is very spacious, the jacuzzi is nice. Reading in the balcony with the warm sunshine is so enjoyable. The pool is good too, it's with warm water. It's also located in the old city which let you walk around the city. The room is amazing that with a Thai style teak wood furnitures. We have booked an Executive Suite Pool View, you can see the swimming pool just open your door. Nice breakfast, welcome drinks, free shuttle service to the airport.....it is great that the hotel have bike rental service. Arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by the friendliest people at the front desk! They were very helpful and spoke fluent English. Pingviman Hotel's location is within the Old City of Chiang Mai, close to all the temples, morning and night markets including the famous walking street market on weekends. Lots of quaint Thai restaurants for you to explore. It's just so convenient to be within close-by to all the attractions.
Do check out the tour desk beside the front desk for more exciting activities. I'd recommend going to the Tiger Kingdom or an elephant ride around the jungle path followed by a playful bath in the river!
The hotel itself is gorgeous! With Lanna style decor and the ambience is just like a resort. You wake up with birds chirping outside your windows, and the trees surrounding the pool makes it a treat to idle away your afternoon. Breakfast was very good, with both local and continental selections.
The room is very spacious, love the bathroom, jacuzzi and the balcony!

Very large rooms, well appointed. Good location, within walking distance of the centre. Attentive staff. Very relaxing property quiet and private. One drawback: sound proofing between rooms is not the best. You will hear your neighbours walk about and their children scream...not fun!อ่านต่อ

We had a great experience at the hotel. The accommodations are exceptional and the daily brunch was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. The location is close to everything but the area surrounding the hotel is a bit rundown.
