Second time I have stayed there and the experience was again excellent. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms, lovely veranda to sit out on in the evening, and 20 seconds from the beach. Breakfast delicious and the owner and staff go out of their way to make everything perfect. Thank youอ่านต่อ

We loved this small hotel. Visited with my 18 year old son. We booked the bunk bed room but it was a bit small for 2 adults. The owner kindly upgraded us to a two bedroom bungalow as it was empty. Very stylishly decorated. Beds so comfy with nice bedding. Breakfast served outside in gazebo. Lovely toast/ham/cheese/yogurt/fruit/coffees/juice. Friendly staff but very little English, although the owner is usually there and has excellent English. Free bicycles and they brought us to train station for free in their tuk tuk. Nice location across small road from beach and close to restaurants and shops.อ่านต่อ

Seascape is located in an excellent spot on Ban Grut beach. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, everything is clean, and the staff are incredible. The owner and rest of the staff made us feel at home and went above and beyond in making sure we had all our questions answered. The beach is directly across the road, plenty of great restaurants are within walking distance, and there are a few nice attractions within driving distance. I would absolutely choose Seascape next time I visit Ban Grut!อ่านต่อ

where the escape from bustling city begins! everything is perfect except you can smell the rust from running water. The bed is super comfy and air-con is brand new, same with smart tv in this small room. The staff which is the owner and her husband are very friendly and super helpful.
