Really nice Hotel and Pool close to 'center'

Booked a family beach cottage for a week.
Pros: quiet location on the water, large fridge, warm pool, reasonably priced scooter hire and laundry service available, strong air conditioning, staff put a little treat in every day of fruit/drinks or biscuits and chocolates, free pick up and drop off from ferry, safe available in room.
Cons: restaurant was dead and restaurant staff indifferent, bathroom in family cottage was dire, WiFi very intermittent in room, TV channels poor and didn’t always work.อ่านต่อ

Just one of the best places to stay at in Tao. Only drawback is: it's located 15 minutes'walk from the action but that's not a problem. In exchange of that you get a quieter place and a nice little private beach.

restauranrt next door has beautiful pad thais, fried rices & awesome breakfast for 250 Baht aeACH and they kept asking us"u like some more fruits, milk, or coffees?". definitely willbe backอ่านต่อ

Starting with the three pros of this hotel:
- excellent location by the beach which feels private,
- very nice and clean swimming pool
- absolutely amazing receptionists that went above and beyond to help us with the booking of transpartation to Bangkok
Now the cons:
- hotel staff can do whatever they can if the hotel rooms, their furniture and equipment are so absolutely outdated and very basic, maybe that’s the reason for the lack of the interior photos
- room cleaning was just very superficial
- no safe in the room (I mean how come?)
- beach that feels almost private and offer great potential was dirty and metal pipes were sticking out of the send in the shallow water (be really careful there)
Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, actually we even ended up booking different hotel for our last night with zero refund which we expected and were willing to sacrifice. On top of it, this hotel isn’t even good value for money, for uncomparably better hotel we paid only slightly more money.อ่านต่อ

I had a beach front cabin which was incredible - You could lie in bed and look out into the water - the beach was private and beautiful and the water incredible - the cabin was clean and comfortableอ่านต่อ

Loved the place but I have one complaint.
I payed extra for a beach view and directly between my room and the beach (the water was 20 meters from my porch) the staff and other hotel workers would block my view taking a break or whatever. Totally stupid. I was there for 4 days and every day the same. I never seen anything like it.อ่านต่อ

This was a good resort to stay at. The room was big and clean, nice patio over the pool. The pool was really nice! The beach has course sand so we walked down to Sairee beach every day for the better beach and restaurants. This was maybe a 10 minute walk which we were fine with. We didn’t eat at the restaurant or try the coffee shop at the resort.อ่านต่อ
