รอเช็กอินนานเว่อร์ พนักงานคุยโทรศัทพ์สนุกสนาน เข้าบ้านพัก สกปรกสุดๆ มีถุงยางยังไม่เก็บบริเวณชั้น 2 ลานด้านบน, พื้นในบ้านเหมือนไม่ได้กวาด ไม่ได้ถู, ผ้าปูที่นอนมีรอยเลือด ไม่แน่ใจว่าเปลี่ยนหรือไม่ หรือซักไม่สะอาด (แต่เราเลือกไม่นอนเตียงนั้น) สระว่ายน้ำแสบตามาก เราลองแล้ว เป็นกันทุกคน พนักงานแจ้งว่ามาทำแทน เลยไม่ทราบว่าต้องทำอะไร ยังไง ตรงใหนบ้าง ในห้องน้ำไม่มีผ้าเช็ดเท้า, ไม่มีรองเท้าใส่ในบ้าน โทรไปขอ แต่ไม่มีใครเอามาให้ ชั้น 2 เวลาอาบน้ำมีแค่น้ำเย็น กับน้ำร้อน แต่เราต้องการน้ำอุ่น!!!!!!! ........ถ้าไม่ไปแบบครอบครัวใหญ่ๆ แบบนี้ จะไม่ไปอีกแน่นอน อ่านต่อ

มีสระน้ำในวิลล่า ซึ่งพอแช่ตัวและเด็กเล่นได้ ห้องพักสะอาด เรียบร้อยดี แต่พนักงานกลับตั้งแต่ 6 โมงเย็น ต้องไปเช็คอินอีกที่นึงเพื่อรับกุญแจ วันกลับก้อต้องไปเช็คเอ้าที่เดิมเพื่อคืนกุญแจ ต้องเตรียมเงินสด 5000 บาท ไปวางมัดจำด้วย อ่านต่อ

ห้องพักสอาด ดีมาก แต่สระว่ายน้ำไม่น่าลงเลยน้ำขุ่นมากๆมีเศษใบไม้เยอะ การบริการยอดแย่ เจอแค่รปภ.หน้าที่พักก็ปวดหัวละคุยไม่รู้เรื่องเลย ตอนเข้าบ้านพักก็ไม่พาไปให้หาเอง เช็คอินอยู่คนละที่กับที่พักไม่สดวก เช็คเอาท์ได้11.00ถ้าเกินนั้นชั่วโมงละ500หรือ1000จำไม่ได้แล้วกฏระเบียบเยอะมากๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งเข้าซอยไปห่างชายหาดหลายกิโล อ่านต่อ

ที่นี่มีความเป็นส่วนตัวและสะอาดมาก ที่พักกับที่เช็คอินอยู่ห่างกันพอสมควร พนักงานส่วนใหญ่ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดี ส่วนน้อยที่ไม่มีใจรักบริการเท่าไหร่ มีรถไปส่งชายหาดก็จริงแต่ถ้าจะกลับต้องเสียเงิน200บาท หรือไม่ก็หาทางกลับเอง ให้เช็คอินได้ตอน 14:00 เช็คเอ้าท์ 11:00 ไม่ค่อยโอเคเท่าไหร่ ประทับใจแม่บ้านมากค่ะ ทุกคนน่ารักและอัธยาศัยดี ชอบมาก อ่านต่อ

ที่เลือกที่นี่เพราะจะพาน้องหมาเข้าพักด้วยไม่งั้นคงไม่มาแน่ๆ ที่พักที่นี่ทางเข้าน่ากลัวทำเลแย่มาก มีแคมป์คนงานเต็มไปหมดน่ากลัว พนักงานพูดจาไม่ดี ทำเสียงรำคาญเวลาเราโทรไปถามข้อมูลต่างๆ ครั้งแรกและครั้งสุดท้ายที่จะไปที่นี่คะ โรงแรมในราคานี้มีเยอะแยะเลือกกันดีๆนะคะ อ่านต่อ

really good for a small group travel with friends or family. the location is soso as sometimes it's hard for taxi to locate but it is very safety. the security is perfect thus don't need to worried. also, the house is big and comfortable and clean. we are all satisfied !! อ่านต่อ

Worst staffs I have ever come across. Very unhelpful and rude. The location is bit far from the beach and there isn't free shuttle after 5 pm and there isn't shops nearby. And the staffs are not helpful in anyway to guide you around. I requested for the bike to stroll around for my kids and I got a blunt NO!! The pool is very small. It's more like a big Jacuzzi. The villa was large and modernly decorated. It accommodated our entire group. The only issue was it didn't accept American Express cards and we didn't realize it hadn't booked through Agoda which meant we had to pay cash. It's the first time we ever experienced a payment not going through which was troublesome and the staff were not helpful either and had to argue to let them use the Internet as we couldn't check our booking and we had no wifi and no phone as we just arrived in Thailand. The swimming pool was a bit of a disappointment as it was very small and rather like a spa so we couldn't swim. if you're looking for an apartment for a large group it's suitable but if you're looking to swim or sit by the pool, i wouldn't recommend it. อ่านต่อ

We booked 6 bedrooms for 6 families and paid 30k+ baht for one night; turned out there are only 5 bedrooms there. They used a small common area on the 2nd fl to be a bedroom! Basically everyone just had to walk pass this so-called bedroom to get to the other bedrooms. And of course no bathroom, so the family sleeping there just had to use the others' bedrooms'. It would be nicer if the owner were to be more honest and said this is a 5-bedrooms house! Toilet downstairs never worked as we were told by a handy man! อ่านต่อ

The pool wasn't cleaned and when we requested for it to be cleaned the housekeeper said they would send someone but never did for our entire stay of 3 nights. Location is not good. The surrounding of the property is deserted and underdeveloped. อ่านต่อ

I normally don't spend time writing reviews on hotels that I stayed; however I simply just want to voice my unpleasant experience with this villa. I chose this villa because I saw tons of excellent reviews (>8.0) on Agoda but it turned out to be really disappointing for the following: - Location: although it provides a free shuttle service to Jomtien beach, you need to wait 20mins after you call reception to request. The villa itself is located in a quiet road much further away from the main road and beach, i.e. you definitely need to call in taxi or hire a private car to get to any other place. - Facility: Don't be fooled by the facilities that it shows it have on Agoda. It only has a private small swimming pool (if you are booking two bedroom villa like I did) and NOTHING else. No gym, no sauna, no restaurant on site (you need to order food to be delivered to your villa which takes 40min). - Service: It says 24hours service but if you call very late at night or early in the morning (before office opens), you will not get any response from the reception. And besides, the office is not on site either but at the main road. - Housekeeping: When I checked in, there was rubbish in the room that wasn't cleaned and it smelled so badly!!! In addition to all the points above, the two bedroom villa that we stayed in was NOT the same villa shown in photos on Agoda website for two bedroom villa. The actual name for the villa is VIP villas Pattaya Palm Oasis not this "VIP villas pattaya hollywood". I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who wants convenience and facilities. อ่านต่อ

私密性很好，花园漂亮，家电厨房浴室用品都齐全，新！如果没有很挑剔的话，算是一间很不错的别墅.要吐槽的细节很多。需要到位于公路边的办公室办理入住手续后，由工作人员开车带路前往另一边的别墅，感觉办公室的人不是很热情。入门花园草地上落花很多，有些已经接近枯萎，貌似无人打理！泳池水泛黄不透彻，问了管理人员说刚刚换的，等第二天就变清了！客厅电视柜及电话上灰尘很多，顶楼的按摩浴缸也说刚刚换水，但是肉眼很清楚的看到水面一层灰尘，水里还有漂浮物！浴室的洗手台和花洒装的好高，不是每间浴室都出热水，泳池底的灯亮一个坏一个，院子里适合BBQ，但是没有安装多一个照明灯，烧烤炉需要跟前台提前预定，炭火另外付钱！保洁员很准时11点03就来敲门，进来检查冰柜房间收拾厨房（那时候我们早餐快要结束）......感觉就是花钱了没有享受到该有的服务 อ่านต่อ
