extremely helpful staffs, including the tuktuk driver. hotel supply facilities compensate its little far location from bts. huge rooms with all u need for a sweet home.originally booked 3 nites here but i extend n extend n finally stay 8 nites. though it is 15 min walking distance ftom bts Ekkamai, it provides tuktuk pick up to n from the bts anytime u need. At bts Ekkamai, u can find many massage shops in soi 63. Also there is a new mall named gateway, or u can go to a even bigger mall terminal 21 which is 3 stations away. The "mini" supermarket inside the hotel is 24 hours n indeed it is not mini, much bigger than 7-11, supplying everything, from raw meat to cooked food, salad, n all daily necessities, most important is same price as other big chained supermarkets. so u can make your own meal occasionally in the fully eqipped kitchen. There are also several restaurants run by the hotel, or u can dine in the few restaurants nearby, or try the local food stalls in the street round the corner. Room is huge with washing n drying machine. comfortable bed, great sitting area n separate dining area. nice bathroom for a comfortable shower or a refreshing soaking in the bath tub. this hotel is great for those who seek for a quiet holiday or meditation, while shopping n eating is just 10 min by hotel tuktuk. there is also an indoor pool n sauna but I didnt try due to the cold weather. this time i m a solo traveller but next time for sure I will come with my partner again. Comfortable, new, small establishment yet has everything you'll need in any hotels Absolutely fantastic. Nothing you can fault them for. Room was spacious and comfortable, the small 'mall' downstairs provided everything you need even though a bigger mall is just 10mins walk away. Staff service, tidy room, easy to accessGreat to be the first person to review this hotel...absolutely a palace hidden in the old city as it's located in Rama IV. The room is way better than you see in the pics, it's just clean and tidy. Around the hotel they got a supermarket and some coffee shops which is easily accessible when you need some refreshment. What a delight of a stay. A great apartment with great staff on hand. Apartment was lovely and clean, spacious and the check in was seamless. The residences are in a lovely wee area with plenty street food right round the Corner and the BTS under 10 mins walk. Superb stay and I would return !อ่านต่อ

This is our second time to stay here, hotel is still very good, front desk staff often smiles with us, the room is very clean, very big and very comfortable, but unfortunately TUK TUK service only sent out to the BTS station, did not pick up to hotel, we have to walk back around 15 minutes, it acceptable. This is a reasonably new hotel and is part of what is called the Qiss Mall.
There isn't a lot in the mall except for the Vista Cafe and a shopping market. Good for day to day supplies. Good free Tuk Tuk service to the Gateway Mall if needed. 10-15 min walk back.
The Vista Cafe is also the location for the breakfast selection. Its very limited supply for the hotel guests. There are other options at the Cafe for breakfast if you buy from the cafes selection. Good coffee though. You can also buy breakfast groceries at the market.
Its extremely convenient to the Kluaynamthai Hospital, just around the corner.
The room is modern, comfortable with the usual very hard Thai bed and pillows. No toothbrushes or toothpaste supplied but OK for other bathroom supplies, including face wash towels which a lot of hotels seem to miss.
I wish to thank the young attendant at the desk who helped me retrieve a computer tablet that I had left on the airplane earlier in the day. Excellent service.อ่านต่อ

We lived 2 Bedroom Deluxe which environment and all facilities are great. Everything is fine. Only the transportation is not convenient. It's not near BTS. But the hotel will provide free “Tuk Tuk ”Car" to take you to the BTS Station. Generally speaking, deserve to recommend!อ่านต่อ

I stayed at this hotel for one night at the end of November on arrival in Bangkok. After a long flight and losing out on a night on the plane due to time difference we were exhausted, and arrived at the hotel at around 9am. I think check in is normally 3pm but we asked and were able to check in at 11 which was handy to get a couple of hours sleep after a little shop and bite to eat at the mall! Hotel really clean, rooms amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Pool area nice but pool was too cold to get in, gym looked good but we didn’t go in here either. Staff were friendly and helpful, good location close to a shopping mall and the BTS, also a cafe and 7eleven on site, free tuk tuk from hotel to a couple of nearby locations - only certain times of day so we tended to walk but would be useful to have. Cleanliness, new, quietAs the hotel is far away from city, i think more tourist information should be provided proactively, whey i asked for a map, the reception told me it is out of stock. Also, the breakfast there should be highly improved, the cafe there couldn't communicate in English, and the choices of breakfast is very very limited.อ่านต่อ

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is new inside-out. Shuttle tuk tuk service is also very user friendly.Qiss Residence by Bliston was a surprised for my Thailand Journey. We stayed there for two nights and got a free upgrade to an Executive room which was very spacious. It was literally a spacious apartment with kitchen and laundry. The staff are very friendly and polite. Free Shuttle tuk tuk service was also very helpful and convenient to get you to nearby BTS stations and shopping mall. This service apartment alike residence has itself a few established restaurants and also a 24/7 mini-mart. Despite the long distance to the center of Bangkok, Qiss definitely worth a stay.อ่านต่อ

Near city, quite newWe booked Executive 1 Bedroom but the staff said it all booked. But it showed 4 available when we upgraded in Agoda. Then the staff said they changed our room to 2 Bedroom Deluxe which they have to lock 1 room. I asked them why you changed from Executive to Deluxe, but they said the price for 2 Bedroom is higher than 1 Bedroom Executive but they have to lock 1 room.
