ก่อนเข้าพักต้องอ่านรีวิวดีๆ นะ เข้าพักจำกัดการใช้ไฟไม่เกินวันละ 50 บาทน้อยมากแอร์แทบเปิดได้วันละไม่เกิน 5 ชม ไวไฟเล่นไม่ได้เลย พักที่นี่ได้แต่ให้พักกับเอเจนคนอื่นแทนเพราะเขาไม่จำกัดใช้ไฟน้ำ อ่านต่อ

Need to change check out instructions..very confusing and caused unnecessary anxiety waiting for room to be checked. Better if office set fixed appointment time on day of check out for staff to come to room ... อ่านต่อ

I’m thai, I was came here for few days with my gf and we are really disappointed of this experience. The first the staff was not here when we arrived to the condo they are really not good organized. The staff here was really impolite and without experience. Finally when we going back to Bangkok with our car we forgot to take our hair dryer at the room, we contact Mr. James responsable of the room from Agoda. They said that they clean room but they not find 2 hair dryer, we bought this around 6000 baht, if the responsable not find it it’s mean the cleaning staff steal my stuff ! This responsable we try to contact nearly 1 week for finally listen than he not find it and don’t care his staff are stealer. He said he will contact us back but he never do, so we need contact them everyday nearly 1 week for ear than he not find it and he don’t care ! Really impolite, not organized, furniture was really bad, the fridge was not cold, Tv quality low, bad wifi only pool was nice here !! อ่านต่อ

its a brand new building but its better 2 stay in a hotel. rooms r v small n u hv to pay 4 extra electricity n water usage,towels cost u $1/towel/day. toiletries/toilet rolls will also cost u. room cleaning is $20US but they clean only when u leave?!! what a scam as it was not stated in the booking. beware folks!! อ่านต่อ

I did not read the fine print and I was suprised by 5000 THB deposit and 600 THB additional cleaning fee. It's not easy to check in because agency is not in the main loby. I had to call and wait. I waited 30 minutes for the check out. As fo the check out - another story. I had to go back to the room with staff. He inspected the apartment. Then he checked the towels and bed linens in front of me (very embarrassing). He found some dirty stains on towels and pillow cases, called the boss and charged me another 300 THB cash for "deep cleaning". I believe it was a setup. The guy new exactly what he was looking for. I was not responsible for these stains. Once again...very embarrassing. Pool is nice but not enough chairs and beds. Also not enough space to park motorbikes. Apartment complex is a little bit too far from the soengtow route. อ่านต่อ

Nice facilities, Fitness room was good and all devices worked well. The pool is not really good for swimming laps, but you can find a way to be sportive here too. The pool provides also massage water outlets and the tripping from the upper floor can provide you with a nice head massage. The room was good the balcony a little dirty. Hidden costa are, payment of water and electricity plus end cleaning. Even you do not use the calculated water and electricity you do not get the money back. The same is valid for the end cleaning, meanwhile I left the room cleaner than I found it, I didn't get the money back, however the bed sheets had to be changed, even these were clean. The location is not close to the beach!!! But it is a calm area, at least if there would not be a construction site in the area, however during the night it was very calm and I liked it for this and the pool and fitness room. The value for the money in short-term is not good but long term very good. อ่านต่อ

If you take mototaxi from Pattaya bus station (North Pattaya road) come here , you must be pay 120-150 bath(tip or not up to you), when you check-in, the deposit is 5,000 bath and must be paid at the end of the cleaning fee of 600 bath, than the charming lady Lily will pick up you around Arcadia beach resort, than check everything in your room, including water fee and electricity bill ( If you exceed the free part, you must pay separately), if you like swimming, must be live here, because have 2 super big swimming pools, really so cool, lol, outside also have mototaxi and taxi service, you can go to anywhere in Pattaya, or rent motorcycles also ok, whatever, I am PanPan, a crazy uncle from Taiwan, have been Pattaya so many times and always long stay here, this time is my first time living in Arcadia beach resort, and I love here very much, if you want see more photos or videos about Arcadia beach resort, you can search the FB id: Sage Pan, wish everyone can enjoy live here อ่านต่อ

It’s nice to stay to this place but it’s just far from the center I think. Also, they require 5k deposit and cleaning fee for 600-1,000 baht... I just saw that information after booking it. Also, they will check everything in the room and count the water and electricity consumption. If you don’t overuse it then it’s not a problem at all. Just maybe it’s quite a hassle to check in when you’re so tired from traveling and it will take a while to check in. อ่านต่อ

这里的住的老板只是买房外国人，很歧视中国人，而且会押你的护照，到最后退房，他会说你抽烟，或者是用过他的水，和电，会额外收取你的费用，如果不给他们钱，他们就不会给你护照，提醒广大中国人不要选择这家住，曼谷有很多比这个好的👌 อ่านต่อ

직원들의 고압적이고 사무적인 태도 그리고 저렴하면 무엇하나 수영장2번 이용했는데 온몸에 붉은반점이 퍼져서 약바르고 개고생했음. 침대는 매트리스받침대(일명갈비살)다부서져서 허리 부러질뻔해서 관리직원한테 얘기했더니 자기네끼리 낄낄웃으며 조치를안해줘서 다음날 다시얘기하여 수리하였는데 침대가 싸구려인지 허리가계속아퍼 타이루바닥에서 생활하였음. 9박하는중 2박만 침대에서자고 7박은 돗자리사서 바닥에서잤음. 개인이 임대하는곳은 모르나 회사에서임대하는곳은 완전비추니 참고하세요 อ่านต่อ

일단 새로 지어진 콘도라 깨끗합니다. 다만 전 여기서 묵기 전에 다른 콘도에서 2일 묵었었는데 그곳보다 가격은 조금 더 비싸면서 방도 작고 수영장도 작습니다. 그리고 자기가 쓴 수도와 전기세는 나중에 정산해야 합니다. 그리고 제가 2일 묵었는데 2일치 청소비로 600밧을 달라고 하더군요. 이게 예약시엔 안내가 잘 되어 있지 않아서 모르고 갔다가 낭패보기 딱입니다. 2일 숙박비가 1170밧인데 거기에 청소비로 600밧. 이전 콘도는 수영장도 훨씬 크고 전기나 수도 정산도 없고 방도 훨씬 컸습니다. 가격도 이것보다 조금 더 저렴했고 청소비 같은거 다 포함이었고요. 예약 담당하는분은 매우 친절하지만 저는 그다지 추천은 못해드림. ㅎ อ่านต่อ
