Location ของโรงแรม , การบริการของพนักงาน, ห้องพักทุกอย่างเกือบดีหมดค่ะ ยกเว้นเรื่องอาหารค่ะ อาหารไม่อร่อยค่ะ และก็การทำความสะอาดห้องด้วยค่ะ ทำสะอาดแต่ว่า ไม่เติมสิ่งที่ขาดให้ลูกค้า เช่น กาเเฟ กระดาษทิชชู่ และก็ไม่เปลี่ยผ้าเช็ดตัว หมวกอาบน้ำก็ไม่เติมให้ค่ะ แต่การบริการดีมากค่ะ พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดีค่ะ วิวสวยมากค่ะ Location ดีมากกกๆค่ะ อ่านต่อ

ที่พักสวย มีสระว่ายน้ำติดทะเล ฟิตเนสและบุพเฟ่ข้าวเช้าบริการให้ด้วย บรรยากาศดีมาก หาดสงบ แต่ถ้าจะออกไปถนนคนเดินหรือร้านอาหารด้านนอกก็ไม่ไกล พนักงานน่ารักค่ะ แต่ว่าเข้ามาค่อนข้างลึกหน่อยสุดเกาะ อ่านต่อ

great value, comfy bed, good breakfast buffet, the staff at the restaurant and pool are lovely and make the holiday great. its a quiet location. its a little bit out of the main town, about a 10 minutes walk. to improve, I think they should run shuttles every hour to town. We stayed here for four days and we absolutely loved it. The staff are exceptional. We have a three year old and all the staff knew her name by the end of day 1. June and Netty were so attentive and set up all of our travel to the hotel, to our ferry, back to the hotel, and finally to the airport. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. They have many western options and delicious Thai options that are different everyday. The restaurant was delicious. We had steam bass the last night and it was so fresh, tender and good. We spent a lot of time at the pool and got massages as well. It was all very good and affordable. We stayed in the building part versus the villas. We really liked staying in the main building because we got such wonderful greetings from the staff every time we walked passed the front desk. Also the beach attached to the hotel was beautiful! We walked down the other parts and found a lot of kelp washed up and it just wasn’t as clean. This was hands down our favorite hotel that we stayed in during our time in Thailand. We absolutely loved our stay a casa de mar, and did not want to leave! the staff were so lovely and helpful. the beach was beautiful and the room was fantastic. Could not fault this place at all if i tried! would definitely recommend if you want somewhere peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. อ่านต่อ

Had to pay an extra 2000 baht a day for a beach front room. I did not think it was worth it as there was sunbathers right infront of my room looking in, so I had the blinds closed most of the time for privacy. The hotel is at the end of the beach and if you are walking back at night at high tide it can be very tricky. อ่านต่อ

There is nothing I can say critical of this hotel or its staff. Great design, great facilities, great staff, good location. Clean, spacious, comfortable, great beds. My only tip is choose a villa over the hotel rooms if you can. อ่านต่อ

Casa De Mar is a wonderful small hotel right on the beach with amazing views. The staff, especially Rung, Benz, Beer and Kae made us feel welcome at all times. Pool area is amazing, breakfast selection great and all in all a great place to stay at. Deluxe Villas are spacious, look great and are closer to the pool and restaurant area. อ่านต่อ

We stayed 4 nights at Casa de Mar. Beachfront villa 105. Really enjoyed the stay, accommodation was wonderful. Great view over the beach! Rooms are very clean and well appointed with coffee machine, fridge, bath and shower. Breakfast was very nice with good selection and egg station. Coffee was marvelous! Resort has very relaxed atmosphere and walking on beach and swimming excellent. Great part of Chaweng, undiscovered GEM!! Above all the best part was the service, special thanks to Yot (Samyot), did so much to make our stay great!!! He himself drove us to next hotel! Also, special cocktail evening with free cocktails and canapé. Definately recommend this hotel! This was our 6th time in Thailand and this resort rated tops!!! Thanks Gustav อ่านต่อ

We checked into a room and the bedsheets were disgusting with stain marks, hair and ... . After contacting the front desk, the manager in charge, a lady named June managed to changed bedsheets for us however, not a 4 star hotel as advertised on Agoda. We submitted photos however, no help yet! In the breakfast area the day after, the bench I was sitting on broke & the hotel staff including June didn’t do anything about this matter. After contacting Agoda, they reached out to the hotel and the same lady, “June” claimed that we had no complains and despite she not offering us anything, she did claim to the Agoda team that we’ve been offered a ride to the airport and “special Thai food” which is an absolute lie. Very disappointed with the service offered by the hotel and Agoda while filing this claim. Up to this point, still no news from Agoda despite booking with this company since March 29th and only 4 an 5 start hotels. What a shame! Terrible hospitality service! อ่านต่อ

In terms of customer service, the wonderful staff at Casa de Mar definitely exceeded all of our expectation. We would have to say they had the best customer service out of all the places we have stayed during our trip. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay truly enjoyable. In addition to excellent customer service, Casa de Mar also amazing breakfast, great views, and a prime location with the beach being literally at your doorstep! We would highly recommend Casa de Mar to anyone visiting Koh Samui. อ่านต่อ
