I read some of the reviews and was a bit sceptical, but this hotel is really lovely. The pool is stunning, the spa was superb and the location was so close to the airport (with a free shuttle too). I’d highly recommend! อ่านต่อ

If you are seeking a location that is out of the way with all your needs, especially spa related, taken care of this is the place. Beautiful facilities, clean and bothered. The TV selection could be better. Mostly Chinese TV and very little english speaking stations. The room layout in very nice. อ่านต่อ

We tried this highly-reviewed resort as a quick stay in BKK to pick up our friends from the airport. The location is very convenient and the resort property was beautiful. Having said that, for a new hotel, our room didn't seem new. The shower didn't drain well and the air con compressor would not come on (so the room was warm our entire stay). The rooms were more of a motel setting (very basic) with outdoor entrances. Not a fan of that at all. The staff was kind and helpful upon check-in and check-out. อ่านต่อ

Pros: Clearly a very new hotel with a fresh and luxurious feel. Rooms & Bathrooms were very modern, clean & good size. Beautiful Pool area Cons: Very heavy focus on Chinese customers (not really a con, just a remark) Pool water temperature was very cold, which explains why nobody was actually using the pool Breakfast was ok but nothing compared to other 5* properties in Bangkok Would we stay there again: Yes, works great as an airport hotel for 1 -2 nights อ่านต่อ

This brand new resort is absolutely lovely! My partner and I went for a short spa getaway for my birthday, and had a wonderful couples massage/spa package. It's far from anything in the city, close to Suvarnabhumi airport, so an hour taxi or skytrain ride in to anything you might want to see, or as a landing spot to recuperate from jet lag... but convenient for the airport! อ่านต่อ

Clean place. Not too many Chinese guests. New hotel with wonderful people all around. I need to give my respect to concierge service staff who is doing above standards to please customers. Big hug goes to Wee from concierge team who is working almost 24-7 to make guests happy and also i want to mark Sine the waitress from restaurant. Keep it that way and i hope everybody will treat this place as their home! All the best to you guys, you hot another happy and returning customer. See you later! PS. Im VERY picky customer. Loud? Spanking new hotel within easy connection to airport. Outside, a futuristic cellblock-style of construction with modern, multiple multi-story buildings. Inside, our corner room (apartment) was amazing! 5 star, with all ammenities, including the electronic toilet and walk-in robe. Expecting equivalent dining we were very disappointed. Woefully inexperienced staff, poor quality food and choices for breakfast and dinner. This hotel appears to cater for mass tours from a certain country, who appeared to be more than happy with an endless supply of dumplings and noodles and the fight to grab some more. Just want to stay near airport for shopping at the newly opened Outlet. But this resort is actually not so near the airport. For 10 min drive distance, we took around 30 min to reach there as there’s traffic jam on the way. There’s only 1 restaurant in the resort. So no choice for the meals. อ่านต่อ
