Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice layout and got 2 swimming pools. Good variety for breakfast.
Got a pool view room, room was spacious but abit dark. Maybe the room I stayed don’t have guest stay in awhile, water from the shower area was yellowish for more than a minute and it take awhile to heat the water.
Mattress was too soft for us, but pillow was great.

Having trouble thinking of anything that was bad or not up to standard at this resort.
I stayed in a poolside room in the privilege wing which is adults only. Very quiet and the little extras you get by adjusting in this wing are great. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. My room was made-up every morning to a high standard. The food is good but after a week I found I was a little over it but plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The resort has a free shuttle into Patong and back about 5 times per day.
My only criticism would be that there are quiet a few stairs and no lifts so if you have trouble walking you should request a room with minimal stair access.

Beautiful garden with very nice pools. Spacious clean rooms, good breakfast. Staff was kind & helpful and did what they could to assist. F&B prices are ok, nothing too bad for a Phuket resort.

The staff at Horizon were accommodating and flexible to our needs from start to finish beginning with my early check in to my wife's late check out, both at no additional charge and without any hassles.
We stayed in the Club wing and received the Privilege benefits which were very nice extras--snacks and coffee/tea all day; cocktails/soft drinks and a light tapas from 12-2 which served perfectly for a light lunch between sunbathing/pool sessions.
Another benefit of the Club wing is no children, so if you're a family with children then this review won't help much as we didn't really venture to the other side. Access to the Club wing is limited to those staying on the Club side only, which is nice as it gives you a nice quiet pool. Only problem with the pool is that it is a bit shady after around 3 (during late March anyways), so if you are looking to continue sunbathing then do like us and head to the beach around then!
Not many complaints about the room. A/C went off one evening and someone was there to fix it immediately. I think the bathroom supplies are a bit lacking. They have soap and shampoo dispensers rather than individual freebies, and the quality of the soap and shampoo isn't too great. However, the room altogether was great and spacious as well as well cleaned and maintained. The balcony is big too, with two big sunbeds and an umbrella. The room also provides two beach mats and an umbrella that you are free to take to the beach and come in very handy.
The grounds of the hotel are also quite nice in the Club wing area. There's a little stream (man made) running through it with lots of flowers and exotic plants. The multi level set up is interesting too as the lobby sits up much higher than the Club wing pool and some of the rooms. It makes for a kind of tree house feel almost with steps leading you up, down and around. That's not to say that there are a tremendous amount of steps that you're always climbing. I didn't feel taxed when moving about.

The staff were more than helpful, we stayed in the over 18 wing which gave us a seperate pool and bar, the location was great You have Kata to the left and Karon to the rightI had the best holiday. The weather at the start was raining but it didn't stop us from enjoying it. The staff were extremely helpful with anything we needed. The location was great- beach, markets, food, massages and more. The restaurant food was amazing, different theme nights so you didn't get sick of the same thing. The cocktails were just WOW!!!!!!! I couldn't say a bad thing about this place. Thank you so much horizon staff for such a wonderful and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend especially Any couple wanting a get away this is the place with the 18+ wing, your own pool, swim up bar and lounge area.อ่านต่อ

Great breakfast, Buffet dinners, Staff service.We stayed in the quieter wing of the hotel which had its own pool and lounge to relax in.
The room was fine and kept clean and tidy but we did have mosquitoes flying around as we were at ground level. The bed was pretty hard.
The hotel is really geared around service to its guests and the staff are great and so very attentive. If you like that, then this is the place for you. I enjoyed my stay here but overall I prefer a smaller less formal hotel.
10 out of 10 for the breakfast which has everything and more. The same can be said for the evening meal. There are always chefs at hand that will cook their special each night which is a nice touch.
Be warned you will pay for all your drinks except tea and coffee in the evening but its still great value.

the receptionI stayed here for 5 nights.the food is good,the people are very friendly.they are well mannered.the bathroom is pretty run down.It was very nice of them when they offered a drink and a wet cold towel for us to freshen up before going to the room.please take from the hotel itself.
