The Pastell Old Town was one of the many reasons we loved Chiang Mai. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff was amazing. So kind, welcoming and informative. We loved sitting our front eating breakfast while the scooters and cars rushed past. If you can stay here I would! อ่านต่อ

Staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice. But they are quite small. I booked a superior room and it says 22 sq meters but the room plus the bathroom definitely doesn't measure 22 sq meters, more like 15 sq meters. There are very few choices for breakfast, would appreciate varieties. There are so many mangos in Thailand but why they are never available for breakfast? อ่านต่อ

The hotel is very clean, beautiful and good position. It's only 5 min to walking street (Tha-pare). Moreover, staffs are very nice and can suggest attractions/foods as well. อ่านต่อ

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided an outstanding overview of the city to help orient us. The facilities are impeccably clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was conveniently located within easy walking distance of Wat Prah Singh and other major sights in the easily walkable Old City. The loft room was ample space for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, ages 12 and 11 years (there are steep stairs to the loft and it would bot be suitable for younger kids). I feel comfortable living in this hotel. Their staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, with a smile on their faces forever. I like their breakfast which there are 3 set for choose, especially I always like SET B the sauce on the muffins is very delicious. We stayed for 8 days and spent a happy time. อ่านต่อ

This hotel was perfect for our needs as we were travelling with our 19 yr old daughter. The room config was 2 single beds downstairs + a double bed upstairs in a mezzanine loft. Heaps of space. The beds were very comfy. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere to it & is in a great location in the Old Town. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was adequate. อ่านต่อ

Nice and clean hotel, nice little pool. Nice decor, good rooms, good breakfast. Check in was not smooth for us, we arrived at 4pm and were told our room wasn’t ready yet, that we have to wait 10 minutes. Got our room at 4.45pm - which simply is not acceptable. They didnt offer us anything to make our waiting better. I am not a high maintenance guest, I am fine with waiting. But when check in is that late, that just doesn’t work for me. Other than that, great hotel. Tho maybe a tad too expensive. อ่านต่อ

It’s really a brand new hotel with exquisite interior design. The room is clean and new, bedding and pillows are so comfortable. The location is perfect with key areas within walking distance. I had lovely time. Staff was friendly, helpful and tentative. Credit to their polite attitude as they trying their best to accomplish my needs (that’s what I feel) so it made me felt welcome and at home. Definitely will come back again. อ่านต่อ

The staff was so amazing, friendly and helpful. I really can’t say enough about them. When we had to check into the hospital for a couple of nights for some antibiotic treatments they showed sincere concern and made sure to send me with breakfast to go each day. The hotel itself is so calming and peaceful. With pastel color palette and calming music and beautiful atmosphere. We didn’t book the fanciest room, but the furnishings and bathroom decor were new, modern and clean. We got a full hot breakfast included each morning... croissant, waffle, eggs etc, made to order. Easy, short walk to the middle of old town and all kinds of good food and shops. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. อ่านต่อ

Gosh I can’t even begin to explain how awesome this hotel is. First of all you’ll all be wowed by the interior as it’s exactly the same as the pictures provided. Then, the staff are absolutely fantastic also and are so willing to give a helping hand whether it’s to show us directions in the map they provide us or by simply giving a cheerful smile every time we pass by. I especially loved Ms Miu (I hope I’m spelling this right), Mr Gap and Mr Volk for their tireless attitude and cheerful disposition (did I mention they were all gorgeous too!). I had initially booked my mum and me into the Superior Room and requested to give us separate beds, but when we arrived, Ms Miu mentioned that they do not have such a layout for the Superior Room however she effortlessly bumped our stay into the Deluxe Twin Room with no extra charges (I am eternally grateful to not have to share a bed with my snoring mum for 7 days and 6 nights 😅). The room was needless to say just magical! As a student of Interior Design, I was floored by the level of love and detail that went to everything in the room and I honestly wished I could just stay there forever. I loved the room I was given in the same floor as the reception as it meant that I could just stroll to the cafe area at any time I please to get a free hot chocolate or cappuccino (free array of hot drinks available in the dispenser 24 hours!). While we were there, the small-scale swimming pool was still under the process of construction and was promised to be finished very soon and I hope the next time I go there, I will get the opportunity for a nice soak. Breakfast every morning is from 7-11am and they have a simple but tasty selection of toasts, waffles, pork porridge, bacon, scrambled eggs, cereals etc with orange juice or a selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. After the wonderful stay we had, upon check out we were presented with an adorable quilted elephant key chain with a Pastell Oldtown tag on it as a lovely momento of our อ่านต่อ

Hotel was nice: very cosy rooms, pleasant staff, nice breakfast, good location. Only minor downside is no swimming pool at least when we were there. But all in all, very good value for money. อ่านต่อ
