First off, you are given a delicious treat when you check in. The staff is amazing and they all know your names and make sure you have everything you need. The food is delicious and the location is awesome. They keep the beach nice and clean for you and it is seriously just awesome. We had a week at this hotel and it was excellent on all fronts. We travelled with two of our young adults and their partners, taking three rooms. The Deluxe Garden Court with Dip Pool was spacious and provided a place for us to gather outside for an evening drink. It was clean and always well serviced.
The hotel is very “authentic” and has many mature gardens and trees which differentiates it from some of the newer alternatives close by. There were several nice touches, such as a pillow service, and replenishment of water bottles in the room twice a day.
It was the people as much as the facilities that made our stay. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more obliging, no matter what the question or situation. They really made the visit so much better.
Food at the restaurant was outstanding, not to mention the two happy hours.... 1pm to 3pm and 5pm to 7pm!
We would recommend Buri Rasa to anybody. Quality beachfront accomodation with some of the best swimming areas on Chaweng Beach.อ่านต่อ

Absolutely loved staying here. Excellent rooms, in three months of travelling around SE Asia, this was by far the best bed! The staff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble, so helpful, so polite. Loved the pool, loved the access to the clean beach. The security personnel were friendly and knew who the guest were and always acknowledged you. Breakfast was incredible! Loved walking through the resort in a canopy of tropical plants. Could not be more in love with this place. The only con was having the leaveอ่านต่อ

Staff were all excellent from the minute you step in, till you leave the resort. It's a relatively small establishment, so staff pays attention and knows you by person, striking friendly conversations.
Location is great too, at the end of the walking street, so it's peaceful but yet near enough to walk to main areas in Chaweng like Central shopping area.
Buri Rasa also has a nice beach right in front of it.

This was the fourth time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel and will definitely be back again. Staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have lived in Thailand for a year and a half now and have been traveling around SE Asia, and this is my favorite hotel so far (and possibly ever)! I have never been somewhere where so much attention to detail was given. The grounds and room were decorated impeccably. Each night, the staff provided a turn-down service where they put the slippers at the foot of the bed and brought a sweet Thai treat with a handwritten note. I loved how the hotel was modern but honored Thai traditions so beautifully. The beach was gorgeous. The breakfast was definitely the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. There were so many delicious options and there was a bloody mary and mimosa bar (for free)! I just wanted to stay at breakfast all day! The staff at the bar was very kind and there was a nice happy hour from 1-3 and 5-7. They even brought free snacks around to us while we were laying on the beach. I could seriously go on and on, but I definitely recommend this place!อ่านต่อ

Our first night stay there was the most memorable as they have a special event every tuesday. BBQ dinner by the beach with a fantastic fire show.. The atmosphere was so romantic. It's definitely a must try experience if you have a partner with you there.
My boy enjoyed himself so much at the beautiful beach infront of buri rasa water was clear, beach was nice..

This resort is by far one of my most favorite places in Thailand. It’s located on a beautiful relatively quiet beach. The room was spacious and the service was great. However, there’s a swimming pool construction going on right outside of my room while I was there.อ่านต่อ

We really liked the privacy of the small villa rooms. it's actually quiet. the Indian receptionist only talked to my partner even though I made the reservation and it was in my name. But he still kept talking only to my partner even though I asked questions. It's a little annoying nowadays to be faced with his kind of hospitality. Obviosuly not comfortable with women.อ่านต่อ

I love the staff here! They are the most friendliest people and very welcoming! The only problem was we came during rainy season. An excellent stay with good guest services provided by the staff. Staff are attentive to details and care for guests' requirements and needs. Room even though a bit agey but overall were well maintained. A little daily gift of local titbit does mean a lot to guests. The only dissappointment I have was the improper pick up from airport arranged by hotel due to slow processing by imigresen. On the quieter end of Chaweng, but just a few minutes walk if you want to be in the middle of madness. Excellent service - especially Sao who was just lovely and the thoughtfulness of the front desk staff. They organised a complimentary transport from the Buri Rasa to our next hotel as well as honoured our drop to the airport even though we weren't staying with them.
Enjoyed the breakfast and couple of meals that we had at the property.

For quality u have tp pay... but for the price u get real quality. Big rooms, nice bathroom and confy bed. The only small thing... some guest runs to the sunlounges to reserve with towels and personal staff. But go to the room again or for breakfast. This happen cause only have few sunchair between the pool and beach... plenty on the beach. I can recommend this place and i will be back when i'm back on the island.อ่านต่อ
