The hotel condition was perfect, and I highly recommend a pool-access room. It was so convenient to use a pool and pool bar. Walk to Bangla road and Jungcylon mall took about 15 mins, not too far. One bad thing was I lost my diver cert card in my room, but housekeepers said they do not know it. It was so bad experience. อ่านต่อ

After a very unpleasant experience of our stay at K C Resort, Koh Samui, we had a lovely exact opposite experience at Movenpick, Phuket. This also helped us wash our earlier blues on this trip. The recently opened property was super. Always helpful staff, providing service with a smile, listening to special request and making sincere effort to achieve them made our 4 day stay amazing. The service needs to be improved before this is worthy of a 5 Star rating. When we arrived no one was there to greet us so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs by ourselves. Not a great first impression. There was also some confusion around check out time. The receptionist confirmed it was 2pm and we had to rush and pack after they called us at 1pm. Apparently check out was at 12pm......... The breakfast buffet is very bare, would not recommend paying for it. This is located on a Main Street, however it is a 15 min walk to Jungceyalon, which feels like much longer in the Thai heat. There is a Family Mart next door though. Also no alarm clock in room. Its new facility, opened in February 2019, everything 5 stars, staff are amazing and very supportive, always smile face and so kind. Everything is close to it few meters only, family mart supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, renting motorcycles, taxi and many more, swimpool so wonderful and clean, Gym brand new...... definently i recommend and i will visit it again อ่านต่อ

The hotel was empty but they still made us wait 1 hour for our room. We took the complimentary disposable slippers as we had been using them for the last 3 days and we were accosted at the checkout for stealing those slippers and was made to give them back ! I have never been treated this way at any hotel anywhere in the world. Was made to feel like a thief. None of the staff wished us and couple of times we saw senior management personnel, they literally hid from us. The hotel is so inhospitable and cold. The design is peculiar and have to go through a series of passages to get to your room, no signage anywhere. The only other 2 people we saw were also lost. 24時間ルームサービスがあると謳っているのに、23時ごろに氷をオーダーしたのに、スタッフがいないのか、持ってこない。電話を何度もしたら迷惑そうに出てあしらう、挙げ句の果てに最後は受話器を上げて電話を受けない。次の日も氷を頼んだが、持ってきたのは1時間後。プールは一見綺麗に見えるが、排水の臭い臭いがする、水が冷た過ぎて全く入れない。三日間泊まったがプールに入ったのは初日の10分くらい。 フロントの女性が一人だけ感じが良く、子供に優しく接してくれた以外いいところはなかった。シャワーも排水されなく水が溢れて水浸しになった。 最悪な年末ステイでした。 อ่านต่อ
