ห้องแบบดีลักซ์จะมี1เตียงคู่กับ1เตียวเดี่ยว แต่พอเข้าพักจริง เตียงเล็กไม่มีการปูเตียงไว้ให้ เมื่อสอบถามพนักงานแจ้งว่าถ้าจะปูเตียงนั้นด้วยต้องมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม เราคงพลาดเองที่ไม่อ่านรายละเอียดห้องให้ดี คือดูแค่รูปก็นึกว่าจะได้ห้องตามที่โชว์ ผิดหวังนิดหน่อย ก็ไม่ได้แย่มาก อ่านต่อ

Breakfast is very normal, the staff is very helpful and speak good english. the distance to ao nang beach is a little far. Non walkable distance so is either u rent a scooter or take their free shuttle bus. If the timing is not available at your prefer timing you could pay a extra 200 baht for your shuttle. We booked Chermantra online assuming it was all paid for, but once we checked in, they asked for a 1,000TBH deposit in case of damages to the room. We were fine with the deposit, but wish we knew before check-in. When we asked to pay with a credit card there was a lot of pushback. Two other people got involved to tell us no. Finally, they spoke to a manager and they simply shrugged and said yes. They made a copy of our credit card and let us check in. We order a Hawaiian pizza as room service but was brought the wrong one. When we called the kitchen for the right one they said since we already ate some of the first pizza we needed to pay for both. It was later corrected after we spoke to the kitchen manager.When we were ready for bed we found dried blood on the sheet. We called down to ask for a change of sheets and we were told they had to send someone to check, but we didn’t know why. Someone came and changed the sheets but didn’t say anything. The location is 15 minutes away from Aonang Beach ( through transport, not walking ), however the hotel shuttle ( tuk tuk! ) makes up for it though limited time slots อ่านต่อ

Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju z bezpośrednim wejściem do wspólnego basenu. Pokój sam w sobie był duży i bardzo wygodny - przestronny prysznic, duże łóżko, klimatyzacja, czysto i nowocześnie. Serwis sprzątający odbywał się codziennie, jednak do europejskich 4 gwiazdek jeszcze trochę im brakuje. Niestety w łazience non stop unosił się przykry zapach kanalizacji. Śniadania w stylu europejskim nie zachwycają - oprócz dań ciepłych (ryż/makaron z mięsem) codziennie serwowano dokładnie to samo. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, ale ciężko jest się porozumieć z nimi po angielsku. อ่านต่อ

The staff were very friendly and they offer free shuttle Lorry at certain timings to Ao Nang beach. Also offer a cheaper price of “Taxi”. Just a pity that there nothing much nearby and you have to travel about 5-10 mins before you get to Ao Nang Beach. It’s about 25-30 mins away from Krabi Town. อ่านต่อ

Totally worth it , the hotel is so clean and accommodation provided very help my vacation . I very like the buffet breakfast, the food is really good and tasty , I will come back here again , and for sure for food . The staff there, very helpful and friendly, even i asking for the adapter late nite , they still find it and give it to me . I like the view and swimming pool there . Totally worth it with affordable price . Is suit for person who like to relax and enjoy the vacation . Even this hotel is a bit far away from ao nang , there are shuttle provided by hotel to go to ao nang beach or you can rent motorcycle costly about 250 bath for one day . อ่านต่อ
