ทำเลดี ไม่ไกลจากถนนหลักมาก ไม่มีอาหารเช้า พนักงานบริการและยิ้มแย้มดีค่ะ ใส่ใจดีมาก จะกลับมาใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ แต่แอบอยากให้มีบริการซักรีด เพราะอยู่หลายวัน เสื้อผ้ายับมาก อ่านต่อ

เห็นว่าที่นี่ใหม่ดี แล้วห้องสวย ก็ลองมาพักดู ... เข้าพักตอนหลังเที่ยงคืน โรงแรมไม่มีที่จอดรถ แต่สามารถไปจอดรถในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง (เดินสัก 30-40 เมตร) โดยขอบัตรจอดรถจากเคาเตอร์ พนง.ได้ มาพักคือแรกประตูห้องน้ำเลื่อนลำบาก มาคืนที่สองเลื่อนไม่ได้เลย พอแจ้งทางโรงแรมไป ก็มีช่างมาทำให้ แม้ว่าจะรอช่างนานสักหน่อยเพราะตอนนั้นมันเที่ยงคืนแล้ว แต่ก็ประทับใจดี (ซึ่งจริงๆเปลี่ยนห้องก็ได้ แต่เราไม่เปลี่ยน) ตอนจอง จองจาก Agoda แต่พอจ่ายเงินสด ทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่าเป็นของ Booking.com ซะงั้น ไปดูในเว็บ Agoda บอกว่าออกให้ไม่ได้ ต้องขอจากโรงแรม พอถามจากโรงแรม โรงแรมก็ออกให้ไม่ได้ เพราะมาจาก Booking ..... หงุดหงิดพอสมควร แต่ท้ายที่สุด ทางโรงแรมก็ส่งใบเสร็จมาให้ อ่านต่อ

ห้องพักสะอาด ดูใหม่ และ ตกแต่งสวยงาม แต่ ขอติตรงที่ว่าช่วงที่ไป อยากให้ทางโรงแรมเช็ค ระบบแอร์บ่อยๆ ตอนที่ไปแอร์ไม่เย็นเลยค่ะ เรียกให้พนักงานมาดูสองสามรอบถึงจะเย็น น่าจะมีรอบของการ Maintenance นะค่ะ ลูกค้าจะได้ไม่เสียความรู้สึก เดินทางมาเหนื่อยๆบางที อยากพักผ่อนค่ะ โดยรวมบริการดีและพนักงานก็น่ารักมากๆค่ะ อ่านต่อ

The receptionist was very friendly and they allow us to do early check in at 11am. The room was clean and the building seems quite new. The room and toilet was spacious and i like everything in the room. Hair dryer was provided. The bed was so comfy. I would rate 10/10 for this hotel despite it has some distance from pratunam market. This is a lovely hotel and absolutely great for the price. Our room was beautiful, with a great view over the city. There was fresh bottled water provided every day and our room was well cleaned. The rooftop pool isn’t huge but is absolutely gorgeous, perfectly clean and we were alone using it every time. Our only issue was that the shower didn’t drain well. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and will be looking it up next time I am in Bangkok. อ่านต่อ

I have been staying here for 05 days, and actually I really like this hotel. The room smell good, all facilities are new, staff always smile, the pool was great. But in the check out day, every good feeling have been gone! At check in day, you have to deposit 1000thb. At the check out day, I take 1000thb back but you know what They said that I have smoked in the room and I have to give them 1.000thb more (total 2.000thb). I'm asking them about why and they said that they have been inform me at the check in they (via the paper they ask me to sign). I really surprise and dont know what to do because my boyfriend not smoke inside the room, he smoke in the balcony of the room. They give me the sign non-smoking inside the room and at the door of the balcony. But I swear that I havent seen it before. When I ask to check the room again and I realize that they just stick the non-smoking sign on the balcony door. That's a lie! If I saw the signal in the door, I will not let my BF do that! อ่านต่อ

It was a great hotel, everything new and clean. Especially if you got a room at the corner with a number x11 or x12. I booked 2 rooms my room 215 was good unfortunately the bathroom smell like sewer, but my parents room at 311 was bigger and not smell like my room. I want to change my room but the hotel is full booked. So ask for room number 211,212,311,312,411,412 อ่านต่อ

This hotel located about 1km from platinum, and near to airport link station. The staffs was very nice but i think they need to improve their english skill, so they can communicate better to the guests. อ่านต่อ

Value for the money. Good location. Walking distance to KingPower and Patunam. 3Min walking distance to bus station. 5min walking distance to MRT/BTS/Airport Link. It’s a new property and everything is “fresh and clean". The staff is amazing very friendly and helpful. Big room with comfy bed, seating area, cooler fridge, lovely private bathroom, good wifi and have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. 10-15 mins slow walk to Pratunam and Platinum Fashion Mall Market.
