เป็น Member ของอนันตราสยาม และทำให้ทราบว่าไปใช้สิทธิ์ที่ลายันได้ ซึ่งไม่ผิดหวังเลย การจองผ่าน Agoda ได้รับการ Re-confirm จากเจ้าหน้าที่ทาง E-mail ของโรงแรม เนื่องด้วยไปถึงก่อนวันจอง 1 วัน จึงขอ Inspect ห้องก่อน พนักงานพาไปด้วยความน่ารักมาก ห้องพักเป็นสัดส่วน แยกระหว่าง Bedroom และ Livingroom ชัดเจน เดิน 2 ก้าว ถึงชายหาด
วันที่ C/I จริง พนักงานโทรแจ้ง ห้องพร้อม สามารถ C/I ก่อนเวลาได้ ดีใจมาก รีบไปเลย คือทำให้เรารู้สึกดีทุกอย่าง ทำ Key Card หายก็จัดการให้ใหม่ ระบบเดิมจะเป็น wrisband มันเลยไม่หลุด แต่พอกลับมาใช้ Key Card ก็สะดวก แต่ไม่รู้ไปหล่นที่ไหน พนักงานมาเปิดห้องให้ทันที แล้วออกให้ใหม่ รู้สึกพอใจมาก และจะกลับไปพักในเครืออนันตรา แน่นอน อ่านต่อ

First things first: I love Thai food. Real Thai food. And Anantara is great at that. The dishes were authentic, spicy and real. The menu is long enough to eat in the restaurant twice a day for a week without getting bored, but not so long the quality suffered. I have been a Thai food fan for years and this is the best resort I've tried as far as food goes.
And then the privacy: The resort is small-ish. You can be private without issues. The very, very nice private laguna beach only caters a small group of people, the pool is the same and of course, I could be totally on my own in my private pool villa.
The staff was fantastic. Personal and friendly and attentive without being "used car salesmen".
A few less positive observations: If you want to use the south of the island this is not the best location. My villa would benefit from a brush-up, especially the patio. But all in all, if you want a near-luxury experience with good value for money I find Anantara to be the place. อ่านต่อ

This resort is so far away from Patong beach, about 40 minutes. There is a small private beach here. it’s really small and the sand is hard. One of staff was made a wrong bill for me and almost overcharged me by $50 when I check out. อ่านต่อ

The resort is about 30 minutes away from the airport and is located close to the natural reserve area. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The environment of the resort is nice and comfortable. We had a great time staying with Anantara and will definitely chose the group next time when we travel. อ่านต่อ

Pros, in the middle of nowhere. Really nice rooms. Great service. Really nice breakfast buffet.
Conn's. Restaurant is too expensive, they don't give you an option. Many stairs up to my room and at night he can hardly see the stairs, a little bit dangerous. Not much of a beach there. The pool was just okay. อ่านต่อ

We really enjoyed our stay, particularly the cuisine at Zuma and upgraded to a beachfront villa which was lovely, on beach but no beach view. The staff were great, thanks to special staff Cece, Meena and Noomnim. Place is remote so the town Naithon Beach Is pretty great to spend a day with lots of restaurants and shops but you have to taxi to/fro. Hotel offers a shuttle to other town but it has no beach, is pretty ugly hot and you wonder why they drop you off there!!!!! อ่านต่อ

I have been to many Anantara Hotels and all of them are extremely good but the Layan is by far one of the best Hotels. Everything I am looking at a Hotel, small, unique, luxury, extremely good food (the breakfast is one of its kind), the staff, the accommodation, everything is perfect!
This was my 3rd stay and there will be more to come in the future for sure! อ่านต่อ
