Terrassenstühle waren windschief, Polster verschlissen. Schon nach 2 Tagen mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, um anderen Leuten Platz zu machen, obwohl wir Monate zuvor gebucht hatten. Im angebotene Bungalow war die WC-Spülung defekt und die Warmwasserleitung am Waschbecken gebrochen. Erst bei der drittten Überschwemmung des Bades wurde ein Hanwerker dazu geholt. Am letzten Tag brach meine Frau durch die Terrassenbrettchen durch und blieb bis zum Knie stecken. Resultat: Schnittwunden am Arm, mehrere Blutergüsse, Schürfwunden am Bein und 2 schwere Quetschungen links und rechts am Knie, die noch heute (ein halbes Jahr später) schmerzen und als braune Flecken und Dellen wohl immer sichtbar bleiben werden. Der Besitzer zeigte sich völlig desinteressiert und sah sich auch nicht seine marode Terrasse an. Nicht mal eine Wiedergutmachung bot er an, geschweige denn eine Entschuldigung. อ่านต่อ

This place was amazing for the price, it was nice and secluded. The couple that runs the place are very nice. It is not on any main road so it is quiet and peaceful. My fiance and I loved every minute of our stay. อ่านต่อ

Forget the super 5 star hotel and embrace a family friendly hotel. We were like at home, like from an uncle that borrow us his holiday apartment. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but we rented a car so was not a problem, and we really feel very welcome there. Each house/room is very clean and the silence at night is just amazing. The kids love to go out early morning to try to catch the ducks and chickens, while we were waiting for the breakfast. Breakfast is other great experience. In outdoor, near the pool, with plenty of food, different every day, cooked in a real family style, not as a fast food chain. Chiang Mai is a must return place for us, and this hotel is part of our plans. อ่านต่อ

First, Gabriel and Saithong were amazing. So helpful and proactive from the moment they picked us up..We were worried initially about being isolated out far from chiang mai and fun activities but it was not an issue at all as we expected. They took care of arranging several tours for us on short notice and Gabriel drove us out there. It is a small family run resort and they do treat you like family, you can tell they enjoy caring for their guests. At one point, we needed to go to a pharmacy and without hesitatio they volunteered to take us to the closest one but it was closed so they then took us to the next town over to make sure we were taken care of. The highlight for us was motorbiking through the countryside and seeing the rice fields and all the agriculture taking place. So beautiful and such a fun experience of having the freedom to go anywhere and just explore on your own. Also, they had a Thai masseuse come and give us massages in our room. As far as luxury goes, the room we had (serenity villa) is closer to 4 star than 3 star. Incredibly spacious, fresh flowers from the garden in the room, outdoor jacuzzi and a huge deck... amazing value. Breakfast is served by the pool every morning. Was delicious buy not much variety after several days. Fantastic stay overall. Others have covered language barrier (Gabriel's English was enough for 90% of situations really but downloading Google Translate French and Thai languages is a good idea anyway). Recommend to have them pick you up rather than trying to take a taxi from Chiang Mai. Enjoy getting away from the bustle and relaxing! อ่านต่อ
