ห้องกว้าง วิวสวย พนักงานน่ารักได้มีโอกาสไปพักนานแล้วแต่เพิ่งจะได้เขียนรีวิว ชอบมากกับทุกๆอย่าง ไม่ไกลย่านชุลมุนของป่าตองนัก แต่ไกลพอทำให้การพักที่นี่มีความเป็นส่วนตัวและสงบ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง amenity/facility ครบครันดีมาก พนักงานน่ารักอธิบายทุกอย่างอย่างเป็นกันเอง หากมีโอกาส อยากกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ อ่านต่อ

Having just completed my journey from the U.K arriving here and spending my first day here was lovely. I booked a Thai massage for the first morning and the lady came to my room which was great. The staff were incredibly helpful. My only criticism was that the music in the restaurant was too loud and I didn’t really want to have western pop songs I’ve come to Thailand so for me I’d have preferred Thai music. อ่านต่อ

The room big enough with a big balcony which can see the patong beach. The staff was nice and helpful. As I got hurt in my journey, they take me to the hospital and reassure me. Just a little far form patong around 10mins by car but if you like beautiful views and quiet u should take this! อ่านต่อ

The hotel is a bit far from the Patong Beach. The complimentary breakfast is a choice of three categories from the menu card and not an actual buffet. The staffs are very helpful and informative. The decor of the hotel is really amazing. Not too big but beautiful. They have a free shuttle in the evening at a particular time. One downside is that going to and back to the hotel by a cab is really expensive. One can't just walk as it is situated in a hilly area. Would definitely recommend who wants to stay in a peaceful area. อ่านต่อ

For the price we paid it was the best value for money we could ask for. Location is up a steep hill so consider that you will not walk it to the beach. Tuc tucs / taxi will cost you 200 baht a time so factor that in. Very nice size rooms and clean pool. Bargain อ่านต่อ

Spacious room with a touch of thai decoration. Staffs are very polite and helpful. I stayed for a week so breakfast is quite boring, same every day. For location, it us on the hill of patong, so if you take tuk tuk from the beach, the driver charge you at least 300baht but it's only 5 to 10 minutes drive. Unless you book the free hotel shuttle, last is 8:15pm to return hotel. The hotel offer 4 times free transfer to the beach. It's difficult and takes long to walk up the hill to hotel. อ่านต่อ

Loved how my room overlooked the pool and the beach from afar although the view was partially obstructed by trees. The beach was kinda too far to go by foot, however there were free transfers to Patong area at certain timings so we had to plan ahead of time. Thanks for the free room upgrade! อ่านต่อ

On our last few days in Thailand, we made a reservation for the 70 Sq Pool Suite but received a ~ 35 sq m adjoining room. When we informed Managers that there must be a mistake, they were kind of rude and denied it. It was only when we showed them their hotel map and the description of the rooms, did they offered to upgrade us to the Presidential Suite on the conditions that we give them a 5 star and pre-approved review on TripAdviso (even though we booked through Agoda). We decline their offer because we did not feel ethical accepting the conditional offer. We requested to be refunded the difference between the 70 sq Pool suite room and 35sq m room. Our request was rejected and we were treated with hostility for the remainder of our stay. Very disappointed with how management handled this. Needless to say, this dampened the mood of our vacation. Please note that the Pool Suite rooms are all public access pools and on looks to the highway and restaurant. The photos can be misleading อ่านต่อ
