สถานที่ตั้ง สถานที่ตั้งดี แต่โรงแรมไม่เหมาะแก่การพาเด็กเล็กเข้าพัก สระว่ายน้ำไม่มีสระเด็ก และบริเวณรอบๆ สระ เป็นบริเวณสูบบุหรี่ทั้งหมด อาหารก็ช้าเกินไป สั่งบางอย่างพนักงานแจ้งว่าลืม โรงแรมไม่สามารถ late check out ได้เลยแม้ 1 ชม ต้องเสียเงินเพิ่มเท่านั้น อ่างอาบน้ำในห้องน้ำ ก็มีน้ำรั่วออกจากก๊อกตลอดเวลา อ่านต่อ

First of all our impresion for this Hotel was very good.. This is Hilton 5 Star Hotel. Day 1 we want to asking for bowl for food and they charge me for 50baht for rent.. and i asking this 5 star hotel and you charge me 50baht for Bowl. Its innocent. Its not about money at all.. and then the second day. Our room not clean yet until we got back at 8pm. And we complain then they just got clean at that time. This Hotel was good but that 2 things a lil bit make me feel bad.. hope this hotel can give more awarness about that small things. Overall the hotel was Good อ่านต่อ

Location is gold. Two shopping malls and Skytrain station within 3 minutes of walking which means lots of restaurants around. Room is tidy and clean, bed is comfortable, although swimming pool is smaller than I thought. Our aunt fell off from the stairs at hotel entrance due to lack of signage and twisted her ankle, the hotel staff and manager immediately called emergency. After the day, the engineer team came and get the signage problem fixed. They sorted everything efficiently and professionally. Will come back for sure. อ่านต่อ

Great location. 1-2 mins form BTS station. And only 2 stops from Nana station.. Great breakfast, it offers fresh blended juice that you can choose what you want. The sky swimming pool of the hotel is nice. อ่านต่อ

Had an excellent stay, with a beautiful room, good gym, and delicious food. My one complaint is that the restaurant is busy and packed at breakfast as there are long waits for tables and made to order food and juices. If you need to get to meetings, this isn’t great. I hope they add more space and more staff to deal with this. Otherwise excellent! The staff make this place, efficient, friendly and smiling. อ่านต่อ

When I've my guests flying to Thailand. I always booking here for them. Because of their great location, Sukhumvit 24. But the building has good in privacy, not noisy. You can reach most of Bangkok famed department stores in just 5-minutes walk. The room is beautiful modern interiors. I stay in the room that can access to the executive lounge. That you can enjoy a cocktail, wine & delisted snacks with spectacular view of Bangkok skyline. Their italian restaurant "Scalini" is great, especially unlimited lobster in their Sunday brunch, luv. it.!! อ่านต่อ

Staff was very friendly and professional. Serving breakfast in the Executive lounge on the 4th floor was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet had most things and was ok even for us Vegans (they could always have more vegan options on their menu though!) . Stayed in a King Premium Executive room, which was clean, had a fantastic bed, big bathtub, a large desk and a comfortable office chair allowing me to get some proper (IT) work done. Only complaint I have was that our neighbor lets a tray of their half-eaten food (leftovers) outside their door, which hotel staff didn't pick up from 20.00 until 09.00 the following morning (tray was still there when we checked out, how about a quick check of each floor at hourly intervals ?). Overall happy with the stay, but the room is of course on the pricey side at 8,000+ THB per night. อ่านต่อ

Booked an executive suite and a premium executive twin room for my family's trip to Bangkok, and the hotel was impressive throughout. - The one and only not so pleasant experience was the availability of the booked rooms. I booked the two rooms more than a month in advance with request for connecting option, and the hotel did deliver on the request but at 8 pm instead (about 5 hours late from the checkin time of 3pm). When we arrived early, the hotel did provide a temporary room for us to freshen up which was appreicated. As for our own rooms, the twin room was ready by checkin time, but not the suite. This was the only not so convenient point encountered throughout the stay. - Both the executive suite and premium executive rooms were tastefully furnished with all the amenities you could ask for. Housekeeping did a great job repleneshing all the consumables without fail daily. Bed was super comfortable too. The shower was super awesome with a very large area for the strong rainshower อ่านต่อ

Pros: near bts, massage parlours, vet, restaurants, areeet eats, emporium, Huge bathtub, particularly like the rain shower and shower head with 4 types of nozzle, and the idea of having the tub and shower rain in the same cubicle. That way one wouldn’t get the floor wet when stepping out and moving to the shower head. cons: the hotel is on sukhumvit road, which means heavy traffic flow if you’re taking a grab/taxi in. Best to walk out to the Main Street instead of getting stuck in sukhumvit soi. Pool is rather small. Gym is stated open 24/7 but we can’t get the lift up after midnight? อ่านต่อ

We really enjoyed our spacious room with spacious bathroom. Whenever you enter the lobby, everywhere smells so fragrant...Lots of artworks everywhere and it’s been designed quite well..Enjoyed the pool too. Bed was big and comfortable...Don’t forget to try Rung Rueang Pork Noodle in the next soi (just walk to the back side and there’s a passage through doubletree hotel, and the noodle just on the left side).
