The staff was nice. Everything was good but the location. It was a bit far from the BTS station and the shuttle bus service to the station was limited, only from 10am to 7pm. One impressive thing was that there were many street food along the way from the station to the hotel. Quite convenient for eating though. อ่านต่อ

My mum and I stayed here the week of June 17th 2019. We thoroughly loved the hotel. It was extremely clean, spacious and bright! Jame, Boo and other staff were very kind and helpful! Their food is also great. Don’t forget to try their pizza! They also cater to vegetarians. The hotel has a tuk tuk and a good driver who will take you you to areas nearby or the bra for free. I come here with my parents. My parents highly recommend this hotel. As the staff are very friendly and helpful. My mum carelessly poured juice off when having breakfast in the morning, the staff came at once and helped my mum with smile. My mum really appreciated this. Staff are friendly, design and cleanliness of the hotel are very good. Location is 10mins by foot far from the mrt station but can get a free ride of dukduk from hotel. Suitable for free and easy and relax tourist. อ่านต่อ

The room was comfortable and quite decent. Pros. Clean room, good service, actually nice staff. Free tuk tuk ride to the station. Cons (minor). Not off the main road, if you're okay exploring and walking it's not an issue. Took me about 30 minutes to walk to the shopping area in downtown Siam. Shower strength could be stronger. Everything is gd. Location, facilities, quiet, staff. The only boo boo I have is with the bathroom drainage system... after washing the hair, the whole floor is flooded, have to wait for the water to drain off before I continue my shower. อ่านต่อ

Good hotel, great staff, breakfast was OK. It located 500m deep from the main road into a busy side road. It's a bit to walk (7-10 minutes depending on which route you take) but we did not mind. The street was lively with a market, many shops and restaurants. I forgot my HDMI cable in the room and they kept it for me to collect. อ่านต่อ

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from BTS. It is also near restaurants. The place is clean and modern. I like the theme of the place and they have free snacks and water at their dining area. Love their Thai biscuits. อ่านต่อ

Location of hotel not accessible to any shopping area. Only tuk tuk can be found outside. Along are shophouses and push carts stall.... Hotel is clean,staff are friendly but the breakfast not worth the $$$$ coz too little choice..... อ่านต่อ

Quite centrally located. Near BTS about 10 mins away. New and nice and clean. Big bed and quiet surrounding. But to get to Hote, Need to walk a long uneven road to reach. Also must contend with road side stalls, parked vehicles as well as moving cars and bikes. Difficult for seniors and those with luggage. New hotel located near the Ratchathewi BTS station (about 10 mins) and there is a good massage place next to the hotel (300 Bath for 1 hr Thai massage). Love the interior of the hotel and the room is cosy and nice just nice for 2 pax. อ่านต่อ

Went on a 4 day vacation into Bangkok for the first time and saw this wonderful hotel on this website. The staff were lovely, very polite and respectful. They were always willing to help, especially Blue, Kat and their wonderful manager Monica.The rooms were always kept clean by house keeping. Wonderful ambience as well. Close to MRT and MBK. Pros: Near the Ratchathewi BTS Station. If you like to take walks, you can also walk from Vela to Siam Square. Near also to the boat canal terminal about 5-7 mins walking (near Jim thompson) Newly built hotel so everything is new - Staff is really friendly - two thumbs up! Very good deal (hotel rate) from Agoda! Cons: If you are not keen in walking, Vela Hotel might be far from your tourist destinations. อ่านต่อ

It’s a new place, thus things are new and clean! Spacious room & good selection of tv channels! The bed & pillows were really comfortable!! Breakfast is provided and each morning, my son and I are greeted by very friendly staff! Kudos to Monica, Jacky, Kobi and Sam!! On the last day as I had to head to the airport very early to catch my flight, Sam even prepared a take away box of breakfast for my son who could not wake up in time for breakfast! Monica at the front desk was very friendly and offered me advise and tips on places to go in Bangkok. She also loaned me an international adapter, so that I could charge my phone. A downside to our stay however is the internet connection.. which they promised will look into the matter. We were able to log in but gets disconnected a few minutes later. And each log in, we gets kick out again.. so that was abit frustrating. But other than that, all things are great! Excellent service!! Highly recommended! อ่านต่อ
