ข้อดี - ใกล้ประตูน้ำ และ แพลตตินั่ม พนักงานบริการดี ห้องสะอาด อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้ เป็นอาหารจานเดียว เสริฟที่ห้อง ข้อเสีย - ห้องเล็กไปหน่อย เสียงก้องจากห้องข้างๆดัง ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง โดยรวมๆดีค่ะ ถ้ามาเดินเล่นแถวแพลตตินั่ม หรือ ประตูน้ำ แนะนำค่ะ สะดวกสบาย อ่านต่อ

ฉันมาพักที่นี่หลายครั้งแล้ว โรงแรมนี้ค่อนข้างที่จะประหยัดและสะอาด เพราะตำแหน่งที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเลยจะเริ่มต้นไปไหนก็ค่อนข้างง่ายพนักงานที่นี่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีมากฉันไม่ได้มีปัญหาอะไรกับห้องพักที่อาจจะเล็กนิดหน่อยแต่คงเป็นเพราะราคาที่เหมาะสมแล้ว ความสะอาด ซื้อผ้าปูที่นอนที่ใช้ก็ค่อนข้างที่จะเหมาะสมเกินราคาที่เราจ่าย ฉันชอบนะ อ่านต่อ

จองที่พักที่ลาเวนเดอร์ไว้ ห้องแฟมมิลี่ สำหรับ4คน พอไปถึง ดันบอกห้องพักมีปัญหา ไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า คิดว่าน่าจะเอาไว้รองรับแขกต่างชาติมากกว่า ไม่มีการขอโทษอะไรทั้งนั้น ใครที่จะเข้าพักยิ่งเป็นช่วงเทศกาลไม่แนะนำเลย แต่ใครชอบความเสี่ยงก็ได้นะ อ่านต่อ

เป็นโรงแรมที่ใหม่มากเมื่อเทียบกับบริเวณรอบรอบข้าง ห้องพักตกแต่งได้ดีรวมทั้งการบริการค่อนข้างละเอียดรอบคอบและใส่ใจ ที่ตั้ง ใกล้แบบ เดิน เดือน10 เก้าถึงตลาด ฉันไปบ่อยเพราะว่าฉันทำธุรกิจเสื้อผ้า มันสะดวกมากที่จะให้ร้านค้านำเสื้อผ้ามาส่งที่โรงแรมนี้เพราะใกล้และเขายังมีบริการรับฝากของอีก สามารถฝากกระเป๋าลากของฉันได้ ถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมหรือบ้านที่ 2 เวลาฉันไปกรุงเทพฯ อ่านต่อ

เป็นโรงแรมที่เราเข้าพักแล้วรู้สึกคุ้มค่ามากห้องพักสะอาดตอนเช้า ตอนดึกก็จะมีตลาดอยู่รอบๆเราสนุกสนานกับการช้อปปิ้งหน้าเมื่อกลับเข้ามาพักในโรงแรมก็จะมีน้ำดื่มฟรีที่เติมได้ไม่อั้นแถมพนักงานยังบริการดีให้ความช่วยเหลือทุกอย่าง คิดว่าต้องกลับไปอีกแน่นอน อ่านต่อ

Good location of the hotel, many food store nearby and convenient stores. So many stores for souveniers that you don't need to go anywhere else. Friendly and helpfull staffs, clean room and very affordable price. I am happy with my stay at this hotel! I will come back to this hotel on my next vacation. อ่านต่อ

+ Friendly staffs + Strategic location, wholesale/morning & night market, 7-11, Family Mart, hawkers, Platinum Mall are just within walking distances < 10mins + Comfy bedding, air-cond works well, tiptop cleanliness + Massage available at lobby (chargeable) + Nearest BTS Phaya Thai, walking distances < 20mins + Basic toiletries, bottled water, water heater provided + Lift to carry luggage up and down + Tidbits at lobby + Umbrella at counter upon request + Probably because our room is away from the street and located at 3rd Floor hence it was not really noisy at night for us - Low water pressure - Narrow bathroom and bathroom door unable to lock Overall, pleasant stay in this new Hotel! Highly recommended this hotel, especially when you are travelling with family, friends and couple, location is awesome near in airport link, shopping mall, night market, popular restaurants and tourist desination all in 1 package. The room was most comportable, small toilet but super clean nicely decorated cover all your needs. The staff are vey friemdly and helpful they great you everyday and especially fluently in english. Im am so thankful in this Hotel when the time that I lost my cellphone in the taxi service the hotel help me to find and fortunately they find and gave back to me my I phone Im so happy and greatful. The hotel was clean , location was superb .. but only things the toilet was so small .. no wardrobe ... no mirror in room .. just small mirror in toilet .. other else is superb .. staff was so helpful & friendly .. room was upgrade with no extra charge อ่านต่อ

This is a new hotel with excellent location. When u go down, u are in the middle of pratunam market. Is convenient for u to shop if u are heavy shopper which you wan to wake up on 4am and no need walk too far to reach the shopping spot. But the room is too small to put my L size luggage. once i open my luggage, is a bit inconvenient to walk inside the room freely. The shower room is a bit too small to put my shampoo, cleanser and etc but luckily i have bring my toiletries bag with hook so i can hang everthing inside my toiletries bag. อ่านต่อ

i already paid to my room but when i check in they no have room available for me and they transfer me to other hotel with the poor design and . i so,up sad that i have paid full for my room and get this issue. อ่านต่อ

Excellent location in Pratunam.. just walk out from hotel there will be tones of food and stalls for shopping.. it’s about 15mins walk to Platinum mall. However, the room is very small ... if u prefer spacious room I wouldn’t recommend.. not too comfortable! อ่านต่อ

Staff friendly and hotel is clean, location good, bad is don't stay at level 8 cause store room at this level early in the morning 9am++ staff moving item and talking quick noise to disturb sleep. อ่านต่อ

The hotel location is good, but the room is extremely too small, im booking for large bed room, when i arrive they didnt reserve for me, give me family room is fine, but my second night need to change room again, its troublesome for us to pack and unpack all our belongings. somemore the second day room, no mirror except in the toilet. The most critical is hotel forget to refund me my deposit, i have emailed to hotel today asking for refund, however, do you mind to help on this issue as well? Thank you! อ่านต่อ

Reach yesterday. Stay only 1st night. And early morning they started to drill. Today can't rest at all. Room small. Toilet smelly. Room card only give 1. Totally worst ever. The drill will last till tomorrow morning so we can't rest at all. อ่านต่อ

(+) The staff is very friendly and spoke very good english, even they helped us to carry our luggage to the taxi The hotel looks new and clean. (-) The bathroom is very very small that I have visited and I though it is very inappropriate for the hotels The sound from outside was very clear, especially when the customer from next room was very noisy so we couldn't sleep.
