I really had a great time during my stay! The staffs were so kind and helpful especially the lady with long black hair (usually works on night shift) We could swim and take a shower even we already checked out while we were waiting for our flight. The Snug Airportel is the perfect place to spend a night (and day) before/after your flight. The place is very clean, the rooms are beautiful and the staff is amazing. The location is very good, super close to the airport in walkable distance. We were welcomed with a little drink and given all necessary information. If there is any problem/question you can contact 24hour reception that will always be willing to help you out with a big smile. You can also rent bikes to get to the beach (for free) and enjoy some time at the pool of course with an extra pool towel provided. The room is very beautiful and everything you might need is there. In the back there is also a small garden with a Swing and some shadow places to hang. WiFi works pretty good and there are so many 7-11 stores near the hotel, so there is nothing you might miss ☺️อ่านต่อ

This place was exactly what I was looking for, clean and safe. I stayed in a room with 6 bed. All rooms seem to overlook the pool. I went to bed pretty early and although there were people hanging by the pool I was not disturbed by the noise.
There’s a privacy curtain which makes all the difference as once I pulled the curtain closed, I instantly forgot that I was sharing the room with anyone else.
The staff were amazingly friendly. I was served a bottle of water (FREE) and a small mango drink on my arrival. The facilities including the toilet and shower were very clean. They even had the option of a hot shower which I gladly indulged in. A towel and a blanket is also provided.
I didn’t get to socialize much with my bunk mates or enjoy the pool because I was exhausted and needed rest. They offer airport shuttle/taxi for 250 bahts which is pretty reasonably in comparison to the GRAB app.
When you pay with credit card, there’s an additional 3% charge.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely go back.อ่านต่อ

I spent the rest of my trip in Phuket near Patong Beach, but I volunteered at Soi Dog Foundation and was flying out the next morning so booked a night at The Snug Airportel so I would be close by the airport for my early morning flight.
I arrived in the evening at The Snug and it was a bit off the main road but not super difficult to find, there are signs. The facilities are minimal with shared showers, toilets, sinks and bathroom area (different sections for men/women). The shared bedroom was comfortable with a safe, charging ports and USB charging and a reading light and overhead light. There is also a nice pool with deck and reclining chairs.อ่านต่อ

We arrived in the mid night and asked for taxi service . You have to pay 250baht for the taxi. But when we walked to the airport in the next morning and found out it is just 10 mins walking. Also close on the Nai Yang Beach. If you tell the staff you want to go the beach , they will borrow you the bike for free . You have to pay for the beach but you can bargain.... room was clean. But the night we stayed , the next hotel was still very lound (maybe live music ), excerpt that I have nothing to complain. Hotel is fine, the new guy I/c has much to learn about customer service, but hey ho, nothing compares to Agoda, they have just taken £32 off me for a previous booking in Ao Nang which through the hotels fault I couldn’t find , all they’re interested in is keeping my £ for nothing....

This place is impeccably clean. They did not cut corners in cleaning the rooms between guests at all.
The pool is lovely. Only 3 sunbeds but we were the only people to use them ever.
5 minutes walking to the nearest restaurants and 7-11. A couple extra minutes to more options. They also have free bicycles you can use.
Note that the door to the bathroom in the room is only a lace curtain.
The common area had two comfy couches and a TV, and had fans and air con (you have to ask them to turn on the air con).
The main drawback is next door there is a cafe that starts ridiculously loud karaoke around 11pm and goes until 3am. Even with earplugs you can hear it. We asked the night receptionist if he could call and ask them to turn it down a little and he said “if I call they come with guns”. It’s the only downside to an otherwise lovely place.อ่านต่อ

Really lovely place. Nice pool, friendly and accommodating staff. I had a great night here and was able to walk to and from the airport. They let me work in the lounge for hours until my flight even after I checked out. Highly recommend it here!อ่านต่อ
