Staff are extremely fussy about items in the room (hotel policy) to the point of being irritating as they don't search for things properly. Buffet breakfast is horrendous in quality and quantity (please skip it). อ่านต่อ

From my first enquiry, the staff at New Square couldn't do enough for me. I have to say, the best front of house team I've ever had. Alessandro was professional and helpful but I dealt with most of the team, they couldn't do enough to make my stay amazing. The hotel is set back off the main road, which is unique for Patong. I am very light sleeper and always an issue. I started off the mountain side, which I still found a little noisy, wouldn't of been an issue to anyone else..(just how I am) but within an hour of me asking if I could switch to the sea view side.. I was moved. The hotel is beautiful, rooms large, great views.. Pool is about the right size, not that I used for much of the time. Just a dip after the beaches. The location is perfect for the Jungyelon center and 1 0mins to Patong beach. The only negative for me was the TV choice in English, it's just the News channels..So take tablet. This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Patong, definitely be back. อ่านต่อ

Pros: excellent location, beside Jungceylon and walking distance to Bazaan. Good for family w young kids. We could get food and shopping during the day. Then night activities after dark. It’s not by the roadside so away from the noise. Massage and taxi just at the door step. You can easier arrange for transport around Phuket w/o prior booking. Breakfast is decent for the price. Very clean and new. Love their family room too! Came w a living room and sink for washing. Gave a 4 star for cleanliness bcos of the bed, find it a little dusty. I had to dust it myself. Con: no connecting room and my 2 rooms wasn’t arranged beside each other even though the next room was empty. อ่านต่อ

this hotel location is excellent.. very accessible for most of the night life in Patong area. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Breakfast was just great for the hotel rates.. I recommend the tour shop just right in front of this hotel. อ่านต่อ

You get a nice hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and you get free water,tea&coffee in your room. It’s in a nice location. Near a mall , short distance to patong beach and bangla road. Would stay here again. 10/10. อ่านต่อ
