All the things are very good. The only thing is that there is a little bit lack of communication between the staffs. We ordered a set of bbq in the morning, but the staff in charge at night seems did not know we have booked the set. However, this is not a big problem. All the other things are really good. Definitely a great experience in kata sea view villa. Spacious, clean and tidy house. The private swimming pool is great. Delicious breakfast was served and freshly prepared by housekeeper every morning. The house bbq was yummy and definitely a must in kata villa!! The staff freshly prepared the food in our kitchen and grilled the food for us as well! Also Daniel was very helpful and fulfilled all our request throughout the stay. it's a way far from the beaches and all of the tourist points. always costs at least 600 bahts from Patong by Grab. except for the location, everything was perfect. nice and relax accommodation. อ่านต่อ

This is perfect if you like to have a getaway in a quieter area with family or in a big group. Staff is very helpful and easy communication with wechat. The lady who came to clean and cook breakfast is very nice too. 10mins Taxi journey to Kata centre and beach. อ่านต่อ

Traveling with a group of 6 adult + 1 kid. It a big villa with 3 story(4 rooms) + garage, swimming pool & rooftop. We spend a great time at the villa. There are few diff set of western/thai style breakfast & you could make appointment with the lady to come cook on site. Staff are nice & great value for the price. Clean house, great food and butler service.My girlfriends and I (8 of us) spent 3D2N with Kata Sea View Villas and the overall experience was great! There were 3 storeys in the villa we stayed in, plus a rooftop which would have been another great spot to chill-out if not for the rain. The house was clean, and the living room and dining area were spacious enough for all of us to gather comfortably. Our stay would have been much less delightful without Mona and her team attending to all our needs, and I am grateful to her for that. From tour booking, car booking and massage booking to things like getting our newly purchased huge float inflated and getting toothbrushes and toothpastes for us first thing in the morning etc...they have been really helpful! Literally, we could do whatever we want and if we needed anything, Mona is just a text away - That's how good they were. Kata Sea View Villas is definitely on the top of my list for my next group trip to Phuket! :) อ่านต่อ

spacious , clean and new villa looks really new and well maintained . BreakFast was average but otherwise the 8 of us had good fun chilling in the villa . Villa is clean and nice. Very sweet of them to cater to our request when we told them that this trip is for a birthday celebration. There’s a housekeeper who made us breakfast every morning as it’s really nice. In terms of location, have to take a taxi out every time since there’s nothing much around the villa. Would be nice if they provide free transportation or tuk tuk service to nearby places like palm square or Kata beach since it’s just a 10 min car ride. อ่านต่อ

Their rooms are all spacious and well maintaned. The seaview from the living room and the swimming pool are absolutely stunning. Whats more their managers, David and Daniel, deserve a big credit for making our 3-night stay very comfortable. A highly recomended villas อ่านต่อ

To be honest when we first entered the alley to the villa, we were worried that it might not look as comfortable as it shown online because there was construction around the villa. But when we entered the villa, we were impressed and in love with it. It was clean, nice, and cozy. Not to mentioned the staffs were all helpful and polite. Even though it took us some time to go to Patong/Fantasea, but the villa is worth a stay! อ่านต่อ
