It really was quiet due to the location, the villa's are nicely isolated and well kept. Pool was fine but is greenish in colour, not the blue in the photosstayed here due to a family wedding in Benchalak, which is a 40 minute drive away. I liked the villas though the mosquito screens aren't effective if the glass doors are open, but saying that the aircon was adjustable so the doors stayed closed, the temperature comfortable and 2 nights with no mozzie bites. If you have your own vehicle and someone speaks Thai it would be a perfectly recommended hotel. No English spoken by the staff despite a hearty 'welcome to Wangchompoo Resort' but nothing after that. Menus only in Thai. My issue with this hotel was that we had dinner sent to out hotel the first night which consisted of 12 orders and they brought it all down with a 15 plates and cutlery. When finished we placed them outside the room for hem to take back to the kitchen, sadly they were still sitting there 38 hours later despite telling reception to take them away. A cat got into some of the food the first night but apart from that the piles remained intact. The resort is perfectly clean aside from that. The standard rooms are very basic so if you're reading this in English go for the Villas. อ่านต่อ

central to main areaIf looking for romantic setting, do not settle for standard room. Upgrade to small house or more, but i still recommend looking elsewhere also. Standard room has hard bed, is not clean, no wifi, and needs repair. Staff did not clean room on 2 nights (i had to go get fresh towels and soap). Expressed concern and was recommended upgrade at my own expense. Did so for last night. Room was cleaner/newer but had bug problem in bathroom. There is no food served here. Place could use some renovation, but was ok for a very poor part of Thailand. อ่านต่อ

peaceful quiet nice garden value for moneystay was pleasant very quiet very few guest there during my stay has a good big conference center . rooms either in hotel or chalet bungalows อ่านต่อ

Stillhet. Vi ankom hotellet sent på kvelden,mannen som satt i resepsjonen fant ikke bookingen ,ble en del frem og tilbake før vi fikk rommet.Dårlig reinhold,bassenget var ikke i orden.Ligger et stykke unna bysentrum slik at men er avhengig av transport til og fra hotellet อ่านต่อ
