ห้องพักสวย สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ พนักงานบริการดีเป็นพูลวิลล่าที่มีสระว่ายน้ำค่อนข้างใหญ่ บ้านสวย ห้องนอนใหญ่ สะอาด โดยรวมดีมาก ราคาถือว่าไม่แพงเลย แต่ยกเว้นอาหารเช้าที่ค่อนข้างถือว่าแย่ ไม่อร่อย เย็นชืด อาจจะเป็นเพราะกว่าจะยกเอามาให้ถึงบ้านคงนาน อ่านต่อ

This villa is nice and big with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen room and living room. The kitchen utensils are not enough as pot and pan have just one each. อ่านต่อ

Stayed at Modern thai villa Rawai for 5 days and really enjoyed our stay. almost new villa with private pool. All the appliances were new. staff have limited English proficiency but very helpful. Location is bit secluded so hire a bike. we loved it and definitely recommended. อ่านต่อ

Pros: 1. Pool in the villa Cons: 1. Staff do not understand english except for one guy. Had lots of difficulties just trying to ask them for a bottle opener 2. Location is out of the way. The beach is not near to the villa. Many taxi drivers did not seem to know the villa existed 3. Basic amenities not provided - toothbrush, iron. Hot water does not work at all. The staff told us that the remote to the main gate is not functional so other guests can see u lounging at your pool villa อ่านต่อ

This was villa was very good. We enjoyed the stay here, albeit being short. Lot of cab drivers and tuk tuks knew this place and we could easily travel around phuket from here. Would definitely recommend this. อ่านต่อ

The space and privacy were excellent for the money. The place was showing signs of age but not tatty, everything was well presented. The only thing was the kitchen cupboards needed a clean. The location for me was not ideal, but I knew that when booking so just got taxis wherever I needed to go. Would have liked to stay longer, thoroughly relaxing! Breakfast fed me all day!! อ่านต่อ

Stayed for 4 nights at the 4 bedroom villa with pool. The villa was very nice and clean with 4 bedrooms with toilets attached. The bed and rooms were very comfortable and we had good rest every night. The pool however was a bit deep and not very suitable for little kids, need to swim with floats under supervison. The breakfast was adequent but would be better if they can change the menu instead of the same thing every morning. The location is far from town and better if you drive as there is parking space in the villa for your car.Overall it was a great stay and value for money. อ่านต่อ

The most disappointing part of my stay... where is 200 sqm? Been thru Phuket a few times, my previous villa of around 150 sqm is much bigger than this so call 200 sqm modern thai villa. Previous villa with an automatic sliding gate, own parking lot within my villa, not mentioning the rooms ... Price wise much cheaper too. I stayed at the end of modern thai villa right beside the water tank with noise bee boo baa...Phone spoilt thru out my stay without anyone fixing it. Daily of china tourist group hanging around my path back to my villa and fighting at the main gate was the most shocking part, LMAO. อ่านต่อ

Villa's were well appointed, nice gardens and a great pool.The quicker you removed the latex mattress shop the better. With breakfast already extremely poor it is made worse by having to listen to incessant advertising for the shop in Mandarin on repeat in the dining area. This alone is why we will not return - despite liking the Villas. อ่านต่อ

The location is quiet if you want to get away from the crowds but far from everything. Hotel is new and basic deco. Good for family. Excellent but bathroom drainage has some issue อ่านต่อ

personal pool, quiet surroundings, big and cosyThe stay in Modern Thai Villa is good, however, the journey from Phuket airport to Rawai takes around half an hr. The hotel is new so the drivers ain't that familiar with the location. It is quite in, to walk, it takes around 15-25mins to walk out. However, you can rent a bike and travel up and down, one day 225baht plus the petrol etc... Convenient 7-11 is located before you turned into the lanes of No. 2 Soi pattana. grab your stuffs first then head in. Great stay at Modern Thai, next time round, would recommend friends over and stay at the bigger villa instead. TIP : Do not purchase tibits from the Airport, rather expensive. อ่านต่อ
