In order to optimal utilization of our holiday we did not attend the representation for 4000TB coupon, but the actual experiece was contrary to our expects. 1. The room experience had many minor faults.房间缺很多日用品，而且空调等设施有问题。 You have to call the room service when you arrive the room first day for the missing commodities, such as the body wash/TV remote/bamboo basket etc. And some facility/device in the room got fault. The WIFI AP stuck many times, some lamp blinks(wardrobe one scary). The air conditioner run oddly, always get colder than demanded and awake you coldly in the night by sudden high wind, better turn off. 2. The security experience is worse than expected.酒店内治安很差。 There is no CCTV camera around the hot public areas and this may foster crime happens. On the day before check-out, one of our cellphone got stolen on the Chaam restaurant table and immediately be switched off, never back again. The employees only provided minimal help. Many thanks to the Lost Prevention Manager, who accompanied us to the police station and did translation, as we demanded. 3. Faults in the food/health/sanitary aspect.用餐卫生条件差。 the sanitary condition was worrying. At the first breakfast buffet, we found that there are too many flies in the Chaam restaurant, rush up in a crowd to the dishes, scarily. Dirt can always be seen in thr room, especially at the wooden backboard of the bed, which tend to stain your hair. The room lack sufficient cleaning in the name of environmental protection, as we only experience only once, during the days. We took some photo about the healh problem but most of them were lost with the phone. not sure if implicitly related:) 4. It reveal flaws in detail/management in some transportation affairs.细节管理不足。 On we arrival a bag was missed on the Van. We didnot check carefully, neither the concierge who took them down. We had a lovely room with a pool and were located as requested in the room next to our friend's. We had a lovely time. There is basically one restaurant on the property and a nice pool, but other options nearby. We loved the beach, but it is a 5-10min walk. The staff was very accommodating and helped us book taxis and call other places for reservations on our behalf. Fantastic hospitality! อ่านต่อ

Do not stay at two bedroom pool suite. No privacy small pool. Resort is small not much of facilities. One good thing is its right next to turtle village. I would recommend anantara villas than vacation club suits. อ่านต่อ

gracious service; general quietness; super comfy pillowsThe receptionist graciously apologized for a miscommunication over the airport pick-up which did not manifest, and gave us a free upgrade. Housekeeping service was prompt and clean throughout the stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, so we enjoyed cooking or eating bought food from outside. The Crust restaurant which served wood oven-baked pizzas was very good, so we had pizzas everyday. That leads me to say that I rarely think that Thai food could be bad, but the standard of the Chaam restaurant could definitely be raised. After our first meal there, we needed to venture out or I felt that we were doing ourselves an injustice. We only had breakfast there (inclusive of our package) when we were pressed for time, as the atmosphere (I guess based on the sheer number of guests who need to be served) during this peak holiday season replicated that of a train station, and the food quality as well. So the various restaurants and cafes at Turtle Village came to the rescue, and so did our visits to Turtle Mart the mini super-market. But all in all, we were met with gracious hospitality throughout our stay. The serene grounds, the pleasant surprise of access to a private pool, and our hope for a low-key, restful holiday was fully met. The pool-side movie viewing was a highlight for the kids. No free hotel shuttle to the inner city unless you pay for it.Check-in procedure is rather slow. Breakfast is goood as varieties of food to choose with.. family friendly, great service, spacious roomsOur stay was great. Every Anantara property we have stayed in has been a great experience and even though it was peak season, it didn't feel over crowded (nor was it full of Chinese tour groups). Quite location, child friendly, good facilitiesWe had two week of bliss! The hotel is well situated for people with children as it is not so crowded as the hotels closer to Phatong. We took the hotels bicycles on several occasions and had so much fun. อ่านต่อ
