You definately need a vehicle to stay at this accomodation.It is located about 3 Kim’s from the town of Phen which has a market and supermarket and some food outlets. It also has a hospital and the local borough offices .We stayed in the budget rooms for 3 nights.They were clean and housekeeping came in on a daily basis.Plenty of parking and we also made use of the nearby sala for our early morning coffee( need to bring your own kettle and coffee).The restaurant on site is open every day from 9 am to 9 pm.อ่านต่อ

A very laid back few days. Possibly you would need a car in this location but as we were picked up each day by family I am not sure re taxis etc. Something to look into.อ่านต่อ

First of all the place was difficult to find as the signs were only in the Thai language which is only read by one third or Thai people and .02% of the world population.
Secondly while the room was satisfactory the car port would only take a small car pushed in an out as it was too narrow to open and close the car doors.Ideal for an Austin 7.
Secondly it had the usual shiny wall tile put on steps with no handrail, which would be deadly in the wet season. Also the bed side wall lights were too high up and the bulbs gone. The bed mattress and pillows very hard.The bathroom did not have a shelf to put toiletries on.The TV only played programes in the Thai language and there were no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Thirdly the place was an eyesore due to the usual lack of maintenance, boundary fences falling down ,old buildings, an open fence around a rubbish area and very untidy in the pool/ resteraunt area but this is typical Thai. The lack of tea and coffee in the rooms was compounded by the fact that first night we were advised the cook was sick and gone home,so no food, the second day there was breakfast and dinner which was very good but the second day we got there at 7.50 am to be told breakfast not until 8.00 am. We waited and just past 8.00 am we were told the cook was not coming. So nothing to eat or drink! The room was good value for the money but plenty of room for improvement, as most Thai places that accommodate Thais and other third world people are similar and often worse.อ่านต่อ

It was Ok but basic but so was the price, the aircon did not work well and it would have been better had there been a fan in the room

Nice little motel complex with a pool, food was ok, nice to sit by pool and have a beer, people very helpful (normal Thai) no problems at all.อ่านต่อ

Quiet locationThis was our 5th stay in 3 months and sad to say....going downhill in areas. Towels are hard to use...smelly and worn thin, rooms nott being cleaned properly and mostly late everyday when you have return.

location, service and priceNice location, 34 kms from Laos border and 24 to UT. Food is good and cooked fresh, bee cold..no problems if you wish to bring your own btl....be nice and use their ice etc. Will deliver to rooms 24 hrs...baic snacks and drinks. Roms could do with a bett clean, but col and shaded in the daytime. Pleasent rural look and very quiet at night. Pool gets full on a weekend, but hey that is whatpools are for.อ่านต่อ

the pool, the nice villa, and the friendly staffThe only problem encountered was the fact these villas are apart from the main office/pool and the "hotel type" rooms. It seemed isolated, very dark. My wife and her friend did not want to stay there by themselves at night, as some bird or something made very loud noises.
