Central to everything on Pattaya Beach. Yummy Thai breakfast, really comfortable beds, 50m to walking street, good vibes Monkey Bar next door and great massages. Bonus: next door to immigration so you don't have to struggle with your bags on the beach. อ่านต่อ

It was ver awesome place to stay in Koh lipe. It is next to immigration so when you arrive in there very quickly can reach and take a rest. Also it is in front of Pataya beach so you can go there within 30 second! It is only open 2month ago so room or other condition of the venue is outstanding! All the staffs are VERY KIND and HELPFUL enough! Only take 3min walking streat, 10min to sunset beach and 7min to sunrise beach! It doesnt have any restaurant but in the morning, they prepare BK at the terrace which you can see beautiful see! You can choose 3 or 4different set menu. I think that its much useful then buffet stlye. I want definitely will stay with them next time. Very good!!! Strongly suggest to others :) อ่านต่อ

Stayed here 2 nights in the Standard room with husband for my birthday. Pros: 1. Good location - nearby to walking street and immigration office 2. Beachfront - excellent view while having your breakfast 3. Breakfast - a variety of western and asian food 4. Service - staffs are very kind and helpful. The hotel manager is very friendly and willing to provide us guidance. 5. Room - looks exactly like in the picture. Very comfortable, had a goodnight sleep. Cons: 1. Shower - water pressure seems to be unstable, but overall was okay 2. Staffs - some of them dont quite understand English, but they're willing to help. 3. Internet connectivity - Slow wifi, sometimes get disconnected. Works well at the lobby. Overall, I had a memorable stay here. Will come back again. อ่านต่อ

The location is good along Pattaya beach. Walking distance to walking street. The owner and staffs are friendly, they even waited us at the immigration before we arrive even we did not tell them which way we are coming from! ;) Nice breakfast. Spacious room. Not worth the price for the room. Toilet need some renovation. The Internet is SUPER BAD in the rooms. The “so called” restaurant only serves ala carte breakfast and thats it. No other food or drinks available throughout the day. Don’t even have ice cubes for guest use. The lady owner speaks very good English and super nice I must say, and the other staff are ok with very basic English spoken. Otherwise nothing else. อ่านต่อ

The location is just perfect which located on the pattaya beach, walk distance to happening walking street. The staff are long await customer at Immigration to Hotel itself. staff are frendly, room is good, breakfast is good as well (ordered through Menu not buffet), everything is just nice. อ่านต่อ

Once we arrived beach, a staff has waited us for a while. Then he drives us to the hotel but I didn't tell the hotel that what time we arrived. It is quite surprising. When we arrived our room, we felt cold air which means the air con was opened before we arrived. It made me feel the staff here is very considerate. On the last day, the staff drive us to the pier with no charge. I would recommend this hotel to the travellers อ่านต่อ

We absolutly loved this charming place, from the guy picking us up at the beach and deove us to the villas to the cleaning people and owners, they all made a supergreat impression to us. The location could not be better, close to everything, 1 second to bar, 2 second to resturants , 15 seconds to walking street and maybe 1 second to beach. Breakfast was enough for us, asian set menues and western too. We LOVED it, the owner was so cute and helpfull also. Extra plus for the exelent massage just above the front desk/breakfast area. I was hesitant to book this as there were no reviews I could find online. Given it was NYE and this was last minute I booked anyway and I was pleasantly surprised. The bungalow/room is immaculately clean and feels brand new, incl the giant bed. The bed is so comfortable, and all the sheets are of high quality. The location is right on Pattaya beach and 3 mins walk to the start of Walking St, 15 min walk to sunrise beach. Breakfast is selected from 7 set menus (Asian and Western options) so your meals are fresh. Staff are friendly and I even received a cake for New Years. One thing I will mention is the bathroom is attached to the bungalow via a tin door. I had no issues with plumbing, water pressure etc. and unlike some other places, bathrooms were clean, free of any smells and mould. Overall a very nice surprise for my last minute accomodation, would gladly stay here again. อ่านต่อ

Everything was very good , friendly staffs , big portion of delicious breakfast , near to walking street and directly infront Of beautiful Pattaya Beach at night time ... However , the water was having some bad odor but I believe they will fix it soon .. so overall 4/5 อ่านต่อ
