ห้องพักสะอาด ของใช้ทันสมัยและใหม่มาก สะดวกสำหรับคนเดินทางด้วยแอร์พอทลิงค์ แต่สำหรับรถไฟฟ้าก็อยู่ในระยะเดินได้จาก BTS พญาไท สำหรับคนที่ไปพักแล้วมีรถยนต์อาจจะต้องลองเชคดูว่าที่จอดพอไหมเพราะมีไม่เยอะมาก วันที่ไปเป็นช่วงที่เพิ่งเปิดใหม่ๆจึงไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องนี้ โดยรวมคุ้มค่าราคาครับ อ่านต่อ

โรงแรมใหม่มาก เพิ่งเปิดได้เดือนกว่าๆ ของทุกอย่างยังใหม่และคุณภาพดี เตียงนุ่มมาก ชอบความ IT ในห้องเพราะเป็นคนชอบฟังเพลง ลำโพงต่อบลูทูธได้เลย พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ให้บริการและใส่ใจดีมาก อ่านต่อ

A fabulous sparkling boutique!! It’s an excellent hotel for a break. AKARA is perfectly located to a nearby railway station, markets and all you need for your holiday. I was upgraded to an excellent room with early check in. In fact, the rooms are small, but that isn’t a serious issue. My concern is the sound pollution that I sincerely believe require curbing and acoustics. The hygienic conditions and well organized spotless rooms deserve high credits. Breakfast is delicious, but I think the disabled and elderly may encounter difficulties in climbing up the steps that guide you to the beautiful buffet area. The staff are incredibly polite and very helpful. I sincerely and highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and superb service. I enjoyed my stay and many thanks to you all at AKARA. อ่านต่อ

Very pleased with our entire stay at Akara. The breakfast and the afternoon snacks/drinks were awesome. The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool was refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. Only con was that the pool closed so early- 7pm. A 9pm closure would be better given that many people are out sightseeing for the better part of the day. But overall a great place to stay. อ่านต่อ

We found the Akara Bangkok hotel to be situated in a nice neighbourhood with great access to the train. The staff were more than accommodating and pleasant. We enjoyed the cocktail hour, restaurant and view immensely. อ่านต่อ

- Our room was not ready at the check-in time, and the check-in process was quite slow. Additionally, we had to give a 2000THB cash deposit. - The rooftop pool is very small. - The Wifi was quite poor, we could barely connect from our room. Additionally it was necessary to re-login to the wifi each time if we ever went to a different floor - The water in the hotel took a long while to get hot, and was barely hot enough for a bath - Check-out took a long time while we waited to get our deposit back. This my first time stay in Akara hotel but never regret. Their service is wonderful, staff are very friendly especially Mr. Moni, will help and assist us for our need. Every day 2 to 5pm can relax at the hotel for complementary high tea after your tired outdoor activities. Enjoy your poolside scenery after your busy day. Room is clean and location is very convenient. Direct train from and to Airport can avoid traffic jam, we enjoy our stay, will book again in our next trip. อ่านต่อ

Stylish check-in in that you are invited to the lounge and enjoy tea and cakes and a glass of whiskey should you so wish. The room is comfortable and quiet and the breakfast the following morning is excellent. So if you are staying a few days in Bangkok or just over night before your flight I would recommend this hotel for its location and excellent service minded staff. อ่านต่อ

Great breakfast, decor and ambience. Good location next to the airport train line. Hotel room layout was a bit different with the toilet and bath on separate ends of the room, but it was fine for a couple. The TV was a bit tricky to work and not all the channels would display. อ่านต่อ

Staff were all friendly and helpful as we were loaded with luggage and stroller and a baby! Felt very good & warm hospitality from all of the staff. Very convenient as it located very near to airport railway station, approx 5 minutes by foot. There is 7-11 about 3 minutes away. Complimentary hi tea on daily basis which adds point to that. Even though it is located near to train track and airport railway, noise disruption is minimal for us. Swimming pool fantastic city view. Hotel interior was top notch, I love it! Loving the marble bathroom with bath tub. Excellent design! Will return next round and thank you for the free room upgrade! อ่านต่อ

Really lovely hotel, had a very pleasant greeting from staff and felt very welcome on arrival in Bangkok. The room was very nice as advertised, extremely clean and the bath next to the window looking out towards the centre of Bangkok was amazing! Breakfast was an amazing huge buffet. Very satisfied. The only thing I would say is the photos portray the hotel to be in central Bangkok among the skyscrapers, when actually it’s slightly further out (and a lot smaller). อ่านต่อ

There is a very great compliment is 1400 to 1600 tea time, beer time or whisky time. Stay 3 nights and the reception Mr bom? Didn't inform the daily activities. Second, the room has too small to fit everything in, may remove some furniture will very helpful. I know it is a kindness from management unfortunately room is bit small. First time staying in this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay to the max. Firstly, we were told to have a seat in the lobby and the friendly staff came to us for the check in process. Then we were guided to our upgraded Suite Room with a short room introduction. The bed is very comfortable, one of the best I've had in hotels. The suite is very nice with high tech switch and smart TV. The location is great with free TukTuk service to nearest BTS. Excellent services from all the staff here especially Chomp! He is super friendly and always with big smiles. The complimentary high tea was great with nice ambience. Akara Hotel really gave us a good reason to visit Bangkok again. อ่านต่อ

First time seeing it at Agoda, the hotel seems new & clean. Hence my husband & I decided to spend 3 nights there. First time in the hotel, I can already see that their elevator, room, facilities etc were old. The phone broke which made beeping noise non stop, one of the electricty points didn’t work (in which i called the front desk and they seemed to assume that I was unable to operate it.), however the maintenance guy came up and fixed it. As for its surrounding, there’s a 7/11 nearby, but pretty much no other things there. There’s a station nearby, but at night (9 or 10PM up) they close. Unlike the BTS which operates 24/7. Overall, I wouldn’t stay twice there. Since price wise isn’t friendly, location’s not good (for shopping), facilities are old & the staff wasn’t that nice (only the concierge that was nice). อ่านต่อ

The hotel is located right next to Indra Square, 1.5 Kms from Sam Paragon and Central World Malls. This puts the location of the hotel at a perfect place. Not too crowded but not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is well equipped and well maintained. The rooms were a little small for my liking but not uncomfortably small. Whole of the room is smartly controlled by a tablet. Buffet Breakfast was well stocked and menu changed every morning, In Room Dinning was prompt and food served was hot and delicious. We also tried Ross Restaurant and found the food was delicious and our server was well informed to guide us through the menu. Staff is very polite and helpful. This was highlight of our stay. The only thing I could pick was Internet for Guest was patchy to connect to and speeds were not upto the mark. Rooftop pool although well maintained and beautifully lit at night was little small. Staff were friendly, room was amazingly beautiful and clean. The pictures actually do not do the room any justice it’s better in real life. Free upgrade to a suite and I felt like a celebrity staying at this hotel! Well done Akara and thanks to Champ the concierge for making me laugh! อ่านต่อ
