Our vacation was pretty much perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with huge bads, great chill and tropical vibes overall in the resort.
The food was good (8.5/10), the breakfast was rich and diverse. Bar cocktails were ok (7/10) not the most professional but pretty decent for a drink at the pool.
The pools were nicely designed, clean and had a floating bar.
The gym is good and well maintained.

Hotel has superb privacy.. away from everything. Quiet. Perfect for honeymooners or anyone looking for quiet time.
The swimming pools were great and nicely designed. Service was good. But a small percentage of staff needs to show some better service but I am not bothered as its just a small number of them.

If you like to be away from the crowds, this is the place. Located 10 min walk away from the beach It is a nice relaxing place. If you have a room like us at the very end of the hilly hotel area you can get a ride from the lobby at any time, no waiting at all.
Very nice and friendly stuff. Breakfast is excellent.
Lots of smaller pools around the resort so guests are distributed.

We loved every moment of our stay.
Not for those physically inactive since the villas are on a hill and some roads can be quite a walk if you’re not used to walking, but there’s always the resort shuttle that can send you in any part of the resort and town as scheduled.

Very nice place to rest. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Room for 3 nights in Feb. The room is clean and lovely with a large bathroom with beautiful free-stand bathtub; a walk-in closet where we can open two large luggage. Balcony with the view of Karon beach.
There is several pools and poolside bar; the restaurant where we had breakfast and joined the Thai cooking class is nice and price is reasonable. I love the treatment of their Cheeva Spa as well.
The staff is nice and friendly, always welcome us with big smiles. they are very helpful in serving us and planning our trip, very appreciated for that.อ่านต่อ

Manager Judy, waiter Sam, and cleaning lady Earn made our stay a very enjoyable one. We didn't start well with a not so good transport from the airport, and a very hot room (due to a hot water tank under the floor!!), and a poor service reg gluten free options which were promised but were absent. After arranging a meeting with Mngr. Judy, they made up for the bad start, and we were very happy! It's good to see they want to improve taking into consideration our feedback and critique. Thank you Mandarava.
We loved the Papaya pool; didn't like the Mango pool, rather small and crowded; the Pomelo pool is ok.
Room, lovely decor, spacious, great bathroom. The bed is very comfy!
Location wise, we still prefer Kamala beach. Karon, over rated, sand is kind of artificial and not nice to walk on. The sea is transparent though, nice. So many loose dogs!! Scary!!อ่านต่อ

Hotel pool, Beds, BreakfastHad booked this resort for a 4D3N trip, was quite sceptical on the way to hotel given the distance to beach is comparable further from the beach and lots of stairs and slopes to climb while getting from one place to another.
Aside from that you could not ask for a better resort. Loved the rooms and balcony which is well built for chilling. Not forgetting the bar in the pool that offers u food/drinks while submerging urself among the forest theme. Love it, will definitely visit again.อ่านต่อ

I will start with the one and only negative comment : the hotel is a but far from the beach. There is a shuttle bus to bring us there but only at 2pm and 6pm if i am right so you will have to walk. Nothing impossible (10 to 15 min walk).
Now all the positive things: the hotel is AMAZING, maybe the best i went to in Asia.
The room: beautiful, with two larges balconies and an amazing bathroom and furniture are very high quality.
The pools : 3 pools, all with a bar in the middle. Even more beautiful than on the photos
The staff : very good english level, always helpful. 2 examples : we forgot our Iphone charger at home and they were able to charge them for us (2 phones at the same time) which almost never happens to be honest ! and at the end of our stay, they were able to "book" shower rooms for us so that even if we already checked out, we were able to take a shower before going to the airport.
Well my advice : dont hesitate and book a room in this hotel !!อ่านต่อ

Our room had a great view of the sea and sunset. The staff was very attentive. Upon learning that it was my fiancée's birthday, they sent a birthday cake to our room. While assisting us to book the birthday dinner at "On the rocks", the reception supervisor "Da" went the extra mile by informing the restaurant that it was a birthday dinner, got us good seats with clear view of the sunset, a 20% discount for our dinner and event a fruit platter with candles and birthday song thrown in. It's definitely a hotel that we will return to.อ่านต่อ
