สภาพแวดล้อม สระว่ายน้ำ ความสะอาดภาพรวมค่อนข้างดี แต่การบริการผิดหวังเล็กน้อย ตั้งแต่ check-in ยังไม่โปร ต่อด้วยต้องตามพนักงานมา clean ห้อง ซึ่งก็เป็นเวลาบ่าย 3 แล้ว ให้ตามพนักงานมา clean pool ในห้อง ก็ไม่มา แถมคีย์การ์ดเสีย เข้าห้องไม่ได้อีก แต่พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี สภาพแวดล้อมสวยงาม สระว่ายน้ำดีเลยทีเดียว อ่านต่อ

Fantastic location. Service was a big let down, may be the staff was struggling to keep up in the busy period. We got a old and damaged room, had a few issues with the shower tub and the plunge pool. Breakfast was a big let down, buffets and restaurant food was average, in fact the local food outside was great. Would only go back for the location and yes for the ice creams !!!! อ่านต่อ

We booked a garden view villa and a plunge villa. After booking, we sent an email to the hotel (two months before our arrivals) and asked if they could arrange two villas that are closed to each other. However, when we arrived, they show us two villas far away and offer us to upgrade one villa to be closer. We still paid to upgrade NOT just because the garden villa is far away but it also is very different from the picture on Agoda. There is no garden view at all. In the picture, it has a nice garden view and terrace connected to the swimming pool. However, the room shown to us has no garden view or no view at all. We feel really uncomfortable. They offer the upgrade because we sent email in the advancement and they knew what we would like to have. And if the room has no garden view or no view, it should not be called as a garden view on Agoda and the picture provided is misleading. อ่านต่อ

Cons-Hotel was okay but furnishing looks dated. Water from bathtub contains black powder, probably rust, so I didn’t use it. Aircon was leaking on first night right above night stand which is unpleasant. Another air con vent near tv was leaking in morning as well. Due to the scale of hotel be prepared to walk. Pros- convenience store is outside hotel entrance and there’s restaurant around that area. Service of hotel is good and swimming pool is big and cater to different age group. Beautiful surroundings great family pool,comfortable rooms, plenty variety of delicious food for breakfasts ,walking distance outside to beach overroad, ate once in hotel restaurant meal ok although a little expensive. much cheaper and tasty restaurants without the frills outside of hotel ,worth a look at night markets for tastyThia snacks cooked in front of you 10min walking distance อ่านต่อ

The resort is AWESOME and extremely beautiful very well kept. I rented a Villa we had one major issue the bathtub would not hold water. We complained 3 times and received a letter on our door informing us our hot water was working fine????? Our comp,ain't was never about hot water! อ่านต่อ

Layout of the resort was calm and naturalA quick trip to Phuket was complimented by the Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Garden Villa was nice. The grounds had a natural calm ambience. Very relaxing. Shame it's not directly on the beach. อ่านต่อ

Kids play room, swimming pool, Villa environment It was a very pleasant vocation in Movenpick. Our child is only 16 months. We didn't go to many places, but most time spending in the hotel. The Garden view villa is close to coconut pool. You can enjoy the birds sing and trees whispering. The breakfast is very good, even 16 months baby can eat some suitable food, like plain อ่านต่อ

Localtion, and Coconut poolWe had a very bad experience which was related to a problem with our villa. It took 5 days to fix and spoiled our vacation due to that ongoing engagement in trying to get the problem fixed as well as the impact of having the problem ongoing. We spent two times per day and at least 1 hour each time. All other 5 star hotel would have sent the GM of the hotel and managed the customer. Moevenpick did not once having the GM to see us. We recognized the local staff and customer mgt team on lower level who really tried their best. My previous experience having similar issue have been managed in a completely different ways including the compensation part towards the customer. อ่านต่อ

Quietness , Cleanliness and amazing stuffWe stayed for 5 days in mid Oct 2014 in a plunge pool villa. big and nicely decorated room with a terrace for the pool that was full of insects. free WiFi in the rooms was organised and it worked very well at good speeds. The breakfast has a variety of items but the taste was not that good, the gardens were beautifully kept and the pools were immaculate, clean and clear. the live Thai music in the lobby each day was beautiful - a really nice touch. The stuff were polite, tidy, well groomed and treated us as a customers. Overall, we feel that the location is great for anyone looking for a quite location that not much far from Patong, there are lots of dining options a short walk away and the resort is relaxing and in beautiful condition. อ่านต่อ
