All the staffs are very friendly & helpful especially the security lady who help me to get a taxi, she even help me to explain to the driver where I want to go, thumbs up to her, unfortunately I didn't get her name. I’m come here for the second times, because the location was good, and all the staff was friendly, they will help you if you have any problems, they also not disturb your stay, eatery still keep the standards for their breakfast. This place was modern and stylish, but not too big, so no many guests around in the lobby, pool, gym, etc. We loved the close proximity to Terminal 21, which became our favourite shopping mall. The staff even drove use on a toktok there some days. The gym was very stylish, as were the rooms and lobby! อ่านต่อ

The room was so clean. We, a family of 4 had a great stay there. It is near to all places that we want to go. The service was so good. The food was also very delicious. I would recommend this to others. Will stay here again for our next bangkok trip. 5 stars! อ่านต่อ

During our stay, the staff are very helpful and polite in attending our request. There was 1 night that we back to hotel around 11pm by grab, after we alight from the grab, the hotel staff even double check the car to ensure nothing left behind before the grab driver drove off. I've traveled to Bangkok numerous times, and have stayed at, at least, a dozen hotels, and this is by far my favorite so far. I books a junior suite and it was everything I could have hoped for. Roomy, comfortable, and very clean. No complaints at all. The hotel's location so close to the Nana BTS station (less than a 10 minute walk away) was perfect. Highly recommended. this is second time to stay this hotel. the reason is the spacious room. there are lots of double double bed rooms in this hotel, which can accommodate 4 persons. location is very close to clubbing area and Terminal 21 shopping mall. it walks 2 mins to BTS station only. อ่านต่อ

Excellent location between 2 BTS. Attentive & friendly staff. Great gym, but swimming pool should be cleaned more often. There are also Koreans/Japaneses who are not hotel guest, but use pool as their free lodging overnight. อ่านต่อ

This is a very nice hotel for the price. Great Irish Bar attached to the Hotel and great breakfast. The only problem is not a fault of the hotel, but it is extremely difficult to get a taxi in this (and other) locations in Bangkok.
