Really nice and clean bungalow, close to Ao nammao Pier and Taxiboat to Railay (100 THB) Poor asian breakfast without seasoning, staff is really overwhelmed, not very friendly, speaks very badly english, does not help well when booking onward travel not even Taxi to Krabi Bus Station (Attention to backpacker!), very small Pool, fresh towels are placed on the balcony only on request, beach not suitable for swimming, very little infrastructure around. อ่านต่อ

The furniture and fixtures are old. The ‘private beach’ is really bad and one cannot swim in it. However by walking about a mile away, there are great beaches. The resort offered free rides to and fro to Ao Nang twice a day, which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful all in all. อ่านต่อ

Calling Diamond Beach a resort is drawing a long bow. At a resort one would expect clean rooms, working showers and air conditioners, helpful staff and a certain level of amenity. None of these exist. We had unfortunately booked for nearly a week and on the first day asked to leave, the booking was non-refundable. Even after Agoda's offer to assist they refused, the manager refused to speak to us but the woman in charge during the day did move and upgrade our rooms which is the only thing that made the stay salvageable. We learned later that the reason the upgraded rooms were available was the previous guests had the same experience and left forfeiting their payment - they returned later to find us in their rooms (they still had the keys). To be quite specific the standard rooms were filthy, we had two rooms and the showers and AC units didn't work in either, there were insects, stains on the ceilings. Not exactly a sea view as expected but was nice. No beach and I would very much say not swimmable. More of a mangrove cove area but when the tide is low there are so left behind shells to collect. The breakfast was good. Staff friendly, pool looked great but did not use. Nice garden area. Go to Railay Beach by the peir just next door simple walk around to it Infront of the hotel. If you drive to other nearby pier they charge parking and nonThai get taxed. 50/80 for motorbike. Recommended to visit Railey - 150thb each way . อ่านต่อ

Incredible stay. We booked this place for the value for money. We were not disappointed. Everything from the room to the staff to the pool to the breakfast was great. They helped us for everything and they have a FREE tuk tuk service to take you everywhere in the area. When we had to go early to the airport they prepared a boxed breakfast for us. Friendly staff. Great wifi. Great room sizeWe enjoyed our stay it's a bit off the beaten track but good base. Has all the essentials but isn't very lively at night so had a look in local neighborhood and found a bar and few places to eat. Clenliness was ok staff were hard to communicate with but friendly. worst hotel ever. no one knew where it was, so our bus driver got lost 3 times. then they tried to get us to walk down a back alley all by ourself in the dark, not even knowing if it was even our hotel. no one spoke english. cat pop everywhere including eating area, they were on tables. no amenities, including no pool, which it stated on one site. oh they say that's our other location. fail! อ่านต่อ

We booked 2 room 2 night at this hotel but very very disappointed with service. Pay expensive but get bad service. Water not run as normal, it stop when we wash hairs. We call to inform them but can't fix anything! have problem every time when we shower!! About breakfast, they inform that we can choose to take boat to have breakfast at Diamond Cave resort on island and will have boat back at 10 AM or have breakfast at Diamond resort. I and my husband chose to take boat but mom and sister chose to take breakfast at Diamond resort. We found problem. After I had breakfast, they don't have boat back at 10 AM as they inform, they said have to wait until 12 AM. But I can't wait, so finally I have to hire private long tail boat back to main land. For mom and sister, they had to wait fried egg and ham nearly 1 hr. Because almost all staff go to service at Diamond Cave. There is only one woman who service at Diamond resort. อ่านต่อ

Very QuiteThe rooms we booked looks nice and clean, but the one which I stayed, the drainage outlet in the bathroom's clogged. A lot of mosquitoes but with the insect repellent, it's solved. You had to request for the repellent. My voucher showed that breakfast was provided but the hotel's showed the opposite. It is a bit like a run down place. The restaurant and bars were closed from the day we checked in. Even the hotel's name was different, it read "Diamond Cave". It took us a while to locate "Diamond Resort". If you're driving, there's ample parking space, otherwise you had to rent a bike or take the tuk tuk. Aonang Beach is about 6km away. อ่านต่อ

Restaurants und Shops in der Nähe. Aber nichts los dort und kein Badestrand. Super Pool mit Blubberdüsen. Großer Pier gleich neben an von wo aus man gut weiterkommt. Für einen Zwischenstopp und zum ausruhen hat es bei uns super gepasst. Längerer Aufenthalt könnte etwas langweilig werden. Freundliche hilfsbereite Hosts. อ่านต่อ
