บริการดีมีน้ำใจ ก่อนอื่นต้องขอชมเรื่องการให้บริการของพนักงาน เป็นมิตรมากๆ เนื่องจากขับรถไปเที่ยวสมุย ต่อด้วยหาดใหญ่ และจะไปมาเลเชียต่อ ต้องจอดรถไว้เพื่อไปกับทัวร์ สองสามวัน โรงแรมใจดีมากให้ฝากรถจอดในที่มิดชิดมีกล้องวงจรปิดและดูแลให้อย่างดีไม่ตากแดดตากฝนเลย และไม่คิดเงินสักบาทเดียว ประทับใจมาก ส่วนเรื่องที่เป็นปัญหาเลยคือ โรงแรมเก่ามากน่าจะเปิดมานาน ขาดการปรับปรุงและดูเลรักษาที่ดี เตียงใหญ่กว้างขวางเก่าแก่ทั้งที่นอนและผ้าห่ม อ่านต่อ

I booked 2rooms for deluxe room, the location to market quite far, need to arrange "tuk tuk" to market. No kettle for boil hot water, request from staff only get one kettle. Staff is friendly and helpful. อ่านต่อ

The hotel is very beautiful, comfortable, peace evironment(no noise from road at all) and has thailand cultured for interior design. The owner so friendly. The whole area of hotel lobby, lift and hotel room is very clean and tidy. This hotel also very safe as they using smart card to enter/out from hotel lobby after 9pm to avoid outsider to come in without permission. อ่านต่อ

Easy acess to public transport , centrally located and have a clean roomOnly short stay and not much to lak about but the town is great อ่านต่อ

Quiet and friendly staffsThe location of the hotel was far from town. Food was not easily available. Tuks tuks do not ferry single traveler, so you will have to depend on the motorcycles that charge between 30 to 60 baht, each trip. The hotel looks old & run down with no facilities at all. They only provide 2 bars of very thin soap with no shampoo and just a toilet roll, nothing more. However, I am happy with the service from the reception counter, whom I believe could be the owner of the hotel as I was given a choice of single or double beds and the room location of facing the front or the back of the hotel upon my check-in. friendly staff, good service, informativeas soon as we arrived, the receptionist has welcomed us with her friendly smile. the only thing that we are not happy about was the cleanliness of the room. we noticed they did not make up room during the stay (3nights) and we need to reuse the towel over and over again. both pillows have foul and unpleasant smell, apparently it's not their concern at all. but the room is spacious! อ่านต่อ
