พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ภายในห้องสะอาด (แต่ห้องน้ำล๊อบบี้ต้องปรับปรุงกลิ่นสุดๆ) น้ำแรง อุ่น ที่นอนแข็ง แต่ก็พอนอนได้ ที่จอดรถมีไม่พอ ในโรงแรมมีห้องอาหาร สามารถสั่งทานได้ อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้ ถ้าลงมาสายจะหมดเร็ว แต่ทางโรงแรมก็ทำให้ใหม่ และคอยดูแลดี โดยรวมถือว่าดี ให้คะแนนเต็มสำหรับการบริการที่ดี ติดตรงที่ราคาอาจจะแพงไปนิดค่ะ อ่านต่อ

เป็นครั้งที่ 2 ที่เลือกมาพักที่นี้ เพราะห้องสะอาดและพนักงานน่ารัก แต่ครั้งนี้แม่บ้านรีบทำความสะอาดจนลืมเช็คกระจกและเช็ดห้องน้ำให้แห้ง ห้องมีกลิ่นอัพจากไม้ถูพื้น เราเลยพักแค่1 คืน อ่านต่อ

I made a booking to this hotel on this website. The worst hotel ever and i feel cheated and embarrassed. Bad bad bad experience. When We arrived after a long journey from Kedah, apparently we were greeted by a rude lady staff from this hotel. We were so tired. I booked a triple room. She saw there were 4 of us arriving at the hotel and quickly grabbed the key out of my hands and prohibitted me from checking in. She shouted at me and asked me to pay extra 400baht or RM60 if i wanted to pay in Malaysian Ringgit and sent me to other room which supposed to have 2 queen beds instead what we got was just 2 single beds. I paid RM129 plus RM60 for the room. We feel cheated by the hotel. It stated that in this website they will provided with toiletries, i found that its not provided to us. On top of that, I had to pay extra 30baht to just use an iron. The worst hotel ever, definitely will not even consider to come to this hotel again. อ่านต่อ

Pro-Spacious room, near to halal stalls(selling roti canai or char kuey-you have to walk to the right, and then turn left , before the main road you will see the roti canai stall or turn right from the hotel entrance and go straight, you will see 2mens selling char kuey(the most delicious char kuey ever), has a few parking space, has lift and has fridge in our room Con- far from the city(cant walk, so have to use cab/grab), no kettle, no iron and no hair dryer อ่านต่อ

Hotel management should employ English-speaking staffs especially in customer service(reception). My experience while being there is very difficult to communicate as the staff does not know to speak English. Train your staff at least they understanding basic English อ่านต่อ

The beds are comfortable. Very decent room size with comfort interior. Wifi is very weak, keep disconnecting and even if it’s connected , everything can’t load. A rough glance shows everything is pretty clean. However, if attention were put in, then those like spill marks, bed head, toilet seat cover and tiles around bathroom sink were dirty. อ่านต่อ

Pros - Spacious and clean room. Value for money. Quiet area. Cons - Very basic facilities. No coffee/tea making, far from center but not a big deal if you got own transport. Bed not so comfy. อ่านต่อ

A bit far from lee garden if you want to walk.. no kettle in the room.. need to go down to get hot water.. they dont have iron/iron board but they do have ironing service for 10baht/pcs. The staff spoke a little english only.. อ่านต่อ
