Receptionist Chris and the Thai ladysecurity guard are always smiling, friendly and helpful during our stays. Location wise not really near to the Patong Beach and the clubbings area. The Philipino's woman at the receptionist is so damn nice and with a great tolerance. We were rushing to find another hotel to stay due to the bed accommodation at our previous stay, instead of being fussy, she even help us in so many ways. will definitely stay here if we happen to go to Phuket again. Big room more than you can imagine, comfortable and it is so damn good with the location.อ่านต่อ

Spacious room, friendly staff, convenient locationenjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel. staff were very friendly & assisted with renting motorbike at shop nearby. swimming pool quite small, but w/ the many beaches in phuket, there really is no compelling reason to swim at hotel. would stay at this hotel again, but i would prefer to stay outside of patong beach area, as this is too touristy for my liking. thumbs up to the very helpful staff!!อ่านต่อ

The day staff at the desk was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the desk shuts down in the evening so if you forget your key in your room you might not be able to get into the room until the morning.อ่านต่อ

I had the room with the kingsize bed. It was a very clean and decent room with good working airco and fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I rented a motorbike at the hotel for a good price. It's next to Kaab Gluay, a very good restaurant. Would come back here again.อ่านต่อ

Gracy and the other staff was friendly and helpful. Familymart and 7eleven stores are on 2minutes' distance. The only thing you'll miss is the fancy toiletries.
The room had nice balcony to hang out.
Reception area has good WiFi and you can order coffee and snacks.

- Weak WiFi in rooms
