Thank you Chala No 6 for a fantastic stay in Chiang Mai. The hotel is not only well located in the old city , it also has a team of wonderful staff - from the front desk to the cleaning team. The front desk staff , in particular , Ms Cartoon (front desk assistant manager) is an exemplary example of traditional Thai hospitality. Despite a very frustrating experience with the car rental company,(through the hotel) , she was very understanding , patient & helpful in lending us support when we had to talk to the car rental company. She stepped in to resolve the issue so we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. We are very grateful for her intervention and assistance. We will definitely return to Chiang Mai and will not hesitate to stay in Chala No 6 again.อ่านต่อ

Staff very extremely friendly and seemed well trained. The room was pleasant and good size. The breakfast was also good standard. Every morning slightly different.
The only area of improvement us the bathrooms need more counter top space. Otherwise was perfect for us and we will be coming in back.อ่านต่อ

The hotel is located in a very convenience spot and it is just right inside the Sunday Market. It is also not too far from Saturday market, walking to Saturday market will take around 10 mins only. Hotel is pretty new, clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.
It will be much more better if they can change breakfast styles every day. Otherwise, it is all good of this hotel.อ่านต่อ

We booked this hotel at the last minute with few expectations, but wow - this was such an amazing place to stay. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the Old City near some great temples. Very nice pool with shade and a great bar nearby. The staff kindly helped us with several scenarios (ATM card stuck in bank machine, sick child during tuk-tuk tour). I would not hesitate to stay here again when coming to Chiang Mai, it is really a top-notch hotel.อ่านต่อ

The staff were kind and always willing to help. I loved the afternoon tea. I think we used it just about the whole time we were there. After exploring in the morning, coming back to the hotel for a short break (we had a 3 year old), the afternoon tea was a nice setting to relax, refresh and cool down from the heat.อ่านต่อ

Hotel is ideally situated in within the old city, easy walking to temples, outdoor markets etc
On every Sunday there is very large street market just in front of the hotel, that extends over several kilometers.
There are 2 downsides of this hotel
- no closets in the rooms - you have to live out of your suitcases
( they will provide you with a clothes rack is you ask )
- internet log on is unnecessarily complex. Need get new ID/Password ever 2 days.อ่านต่อ

My husband and I really enjoyed Chala Number 6! It’s a new, clean, and nice facility. Location is perfect! We were able to walk to a ton of things. The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. It is right next to a school so we heard children every morning; but that wasn’t a con for us because we wanted to get up early and get our day going. Would definitely stay there again when we make it back to Chiang Mai.อ่านต่อ

Lovely and helpful staff. Nice room (superior double) facing the pool. Little space for storing or hanging clothes.
Good breakfast. If the weather is bad and you have to eat inside the room is pretty small. If you catch an outside table it's perfect.

A very new authentic hotel just opposite Wat Chedi.
We had a room facing the swimming pool and bed was so comfy, especially the blanket.
Afternoon tea (local Thai desert) were served at the compound just beside the pool everyday at 2:30pm. Mini bar drinks and snacks were top up everyday.
We also spent a relaxing night at the restaurant with live music (7~9pm).
An applause to the hotel staffs, they were so attentive especally Jom who was so cheerful and gave us lots of laughter.
We would like to thank all the staffs in Chala No.6 (Front office, housekeeping, restaurant staffs, spa, etc etc) who make our stay so pleasant just like home.อ่านต่อ
