Good location, Pathong beach is infront of the hotel. One of the staffs was not good , she doesn’t have service mind. At night the water is not working, very bad. โรงแรมตรงข้ามหาดป่าตอง ที่ตอดรถหาทางเข้ายากต้องให้พนักงานโรงแรมพาไป (พนักงานคนนี้บริการดี) แต่พนักงานหญิงอีกคนแย่มาก เราขอคีย์การ์ดเพิ่ม พนักงานตอบว่ารอก่อนได้มั้ย กำลังยุ่ง แต่มือก็เล่นมือถือ แย่มากค่ะ ควรให้ลูกค้ารอหรือ แทนที่จะบอกรอสักครู่นะคะตามมารยาท กลางคืนน้ำไม่ไหล โรงแรมบริหารจัดการไม่ดีเลย โทรไปแจ้งเรื่องน้ำไม่ไหล ก็ทำอะไรไม่ได้ อาหารเช้าโรงแรมก็ต้องไปกินที่ร้านอาหารข้างโรงแรม อ่านต่อ

My husband and I were welcomed with drinks. We arrived at 7 am. I was surprised because their room rate was super cheap. But the rooms were nice and complete with the things that a traveler would need. The housekeeping and frontdesk were exceptional! อ่านต่อ

Everything else is standard, room is big enough, it’s clean, the location is perfect, it’s in front of the beach and it’s a few min from Bangla. The only bad thing is that the shower won’t work, water drips that’s a best description and no hot water. อ่านต่อ

Pleasant and Helpful staff, great location, close to everything but not noisy at all. Front facing room had sea view. Breakfast was good. Cleaning of the balconies could be improved a little but overall a pleasant stay. Good value. อ่านต่อ

The room was dirty and dusty. The rooms aircon was broken leaving the room freezing cold whilst the drawer with the hairdryer in was full of water. The elevator was also out of order and the staircase to the rooms was dangerous and filthy. It appeared that the rooms were made of paper given how the sound carried. Breakfast was ok. อ่านต่อ

The receiving staff told us minibar is free but at the time of check out. They changed us for the mini bar. The bath rooms fittings are almost unusable, hot water doesn’t work properly i.e. literally unusable. Arriving lounge to be climbed by stair case. Overall is good. Location, room size, cleanliness. Only disadvantage was the low water pressure. Even they changed us from one room to another, water pressure is still very low. I guess its the whole hotel’s water pressure. And certain room, especially Room 1318, the smell of sewer from the toilet is really bad. Hotel management need to do something about this room’s toilet. I HAVE LOCK MY BAGS AT THE ROOM HOTEL BEFORE GOING SIGHTSEEING OUTSIDE. WHEN RETURNING HOTEL, MY BAG CAN'T OPEN. THE CODE NO. OF MY BAG ALSO HAS CHANGED. HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO LOST BECAUSE NO VALUABLES IN THE BAG. NOT SUITABLE FOR MUSLIMS WHO GOING WITH FRIENDS BECAUSE THE MIRROR BATHROOM CAN SHOW BODY SHAPE WHILE BEING A BATH. SLEEP DISTURBED BECAUSE QUITE NOISY AT NIGHT BECAUSE THERE'S CARNIVAL IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND BARS NEAR THE HOTEL. BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEWS FROM THE HOTEL ARE STYMIED BECAUSE THERE IS THE CARNIVAL IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. DELICIOUS FOOD. STRATEGIC LOCATION. อ่านต่อ

Stayed there 1-2 July 2019.Advertised as 4 star hotel...definitely not. Mabe 1 star. Rock hard beds. Rooftop bar non existing and bad breakfast served at restuarant next door. Had to phone for bath and swim towels both days. Best of all the staff does not know the rooftop bar is non existing and they do not know how many stars their own hotel is อ่านต่อ

The location was directly across from beach, unfortunately the noise from the road was very loud and spoiled our stay. Motorbike exhausts the loudest on the planet. Hotel was nice and clean had pool access nice airy feel. Would stay again.... With ear plugs. อ่านต่อ

Location is just opp the beach. Very very convenient. View from room is nice(If u choose sea view). 7/11 is nearby too. Just that, lift is down. So we had to use the narrow staircase. No facilities at all, roof top pool is out. Not very noisy I find. อ่านต่อ

We were first put in a room which appeared opposite sides to the main hotel? The main hotel has white walls with neon lights. our side was faded yellow, and looked more like staff quarters with cleaning mops and vacuums standing around the hallway. That didn't bother us, as we only expected to sleep in the room anyway. The room itself was a nice size. Problems were: The aircon didn't turn off at all, unless you pulled the key card. The shower ran out of water after 1 person used it. We contacted the front desk, and they offered to upgrade us to a room with the private pool. This was fantastic. The only problem we had there, was that at 03:00, we were woken up by 7 guys in the room next door, in bed with 2 ladies. Yeah, Unfortunately, this will be the type of crowed these cheap hotels attract. The staff were friendly, and all in all, it was an OK stay. Doubt we'll be back though. อ่านต่อ

The hotel has been recently renovated. There are too pools. With a small pool on the roof. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the doormen got me a taxi with lower fairs then quoted from other drivers while walking down Bangla Road อ่านต่อ

We stayed in Modern Living for 16 nights and we had a perfect stay! Staff was friendly and very concerned about how to make our stay more pleasant! Nice, clean rooms and free beachtowels were given every day. Every morning we started our day with a good breakfast and were welcomed by Mitchelle, the restaurant supervisor, with a big smile so a great start of the day! Hotel has a good location, across to the beach and walking distance from Jungceylon, a big shoppingmall. Thank you, guys!! อ่านต่อ
