ที่ตั้งไม่ไกลจากร้านอาหารและท่าเรือข้อดีมีอย่างเดียวคือสถานที่ตั้งใกล้ท่าเรือ ร้านอาหาร ผับ บู้ททัวร์ดำน้ำ เดินไม่ไกลมาก แต่ตัวโรงแรมเก่ามาก ขาดการบำรุงรักษา และไม่สะอาดเท่าที่ควร เพราะหน้าห้องมีขยะที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากห้องเราแน่นอน เช่น เปลือกถั่วต้ม และฝาเครื่องดื่ม แต่มันมาอยู่หน้าห้องได้อย่างไร และอยู่ตรงนั้นตั้งแต่วันแรกถึงวันสุดท้าย แสดงว่าพนักงานไม่ใส่ใจเรื่องความสะอาด และทราบจากเพื่อนที่อยู่ห้องอื่นว่า ไม่มีการเข้ามาทำความสะอาดห้องให้ในระหว่างวัน แต่ถ้าไปตามก็จะทำให้ มีกลิ่นจากท่อน้ำด้วย ไฟในห้องน้ำก็มืด ควรเปลี่ยนเป็นไฟสี warm จะได้สว่างขึ้น ปลั๊กที่โต๊ะโคมไฟหัวเตียงก็ไฟไม่เสถียร ชาจไฟไม่เข้า แอร์ไม่เย็น จบการพักผ่อนด้วยความไม่ประทับใจ เนื่องจากพนักงานไม่สุภาพ ไม่มีความจริงใจ ถ้าว่า จะเช็คเอ๊าเลทนิดหน่อยได้ไหม ตอบว่า ไม่เป็นไร ได้ค่ะ แต่ไม่แจ้งว่าจะคิดเงินชั่วโมงละ 100 บาท ซึ่งถ้าแจ้งก่อนก็เข้าใจและยินดีจ่าย จึงมีการปะทะคารมกันเล็กน้อยก่อนกลับ เพราะจะขอคิดเงินที่ไม่ได้แจ้งไว้ก่อน สรุปคือ ไม่แนะนำให้ใครไปพัก และจะไม่กลับไปพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน (ยังมีที่พักอื่นๆ ที่ราคาใกล้เคียงกัน แต่ดีกว่า ใหม่กว่า) อ่านต่อ

เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้หน้าหาดตะวันออก พนักงานโอเคห้องพัก 4 คน เก่ามากกกก เตียงนอนสภาพไม่ดี พื้นห้องตามขอบก็สกปรก ของใช้ในห้องน้ำก็จัดวางสำหรับลูกค้าเข้าพักใหม่ไม่โอเค เสียดายเงิน เมื่อเทียบกับรีสอร์ทข้างๆ อ่านต่อ

ห้องสะอาดใช้ได้ ใกล้ทะเล มีมินิมาร์ทพนักกงานไม่ยิ้มแย้ม บริการแย่ ขอพาสเวิร์ดไวไฟแล้วทำหน้าบึ้ง น้ำอุ่นในห้องเสียแล้วขอให้มาซ่อม ทำเป็นไม่สนใจ สุดท้ายมาซ่อมให้แต่ก็เสียอีก รู้สึกไม่คุ้มราคาที่จ่ายไป อ่านต่อ

พนักงานจองไว้ฝั่งไร่เลย์ แต่นอนฝั่งอ่าวน้ำเมา ไม่ได้ข้ามไปครับเพราะมีงานสัมมนาอีกที่ ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ก็ให้ย้ายมานอนได้ทันที (แผนที่ใน Agoda ไม่ตรงนะครับ) เค้ามีหลายที่ อ่านต่อ

Stayed for 4 days with 2 kids ages 10 and 13. Did not stay in the bungalow but in the rooms with patio entrance. We had a great stay. Staff were accommodating, room was spacious and clean, and the kids loved the pool. It's worth it to stay here for cheaper pricing even if it means a longer walk to the beach (which really isn't long at all). อ่านต่อ

There were bugs in the bed, cockroaches in the bathroom, and the air conditioning unit kept needing to be turned off as it sounded like it was going to break. The staff were great, the pool was beautiful, the location was perfect. It was very close to the main vendors, and a walkable distance from all the attractions. อ่านต่อ

Beautiful setting pushed up right against the limestone cliffs, decent rooms, helpful staff. Only complaint is how far away it is from everything - one of the farthest away resorts in the area. Still, everything is within walking distance. อ่านต่อ

First off, I will say that my wife and I fully enjoyed our time at Diamond Cave Resort, and feel that some of the previous reviews when we were searching painted a bad picture that was not indicative of our experience. If you are expecting a luxury 5 star hotel, this is not that. But when considering cost compared to others, we felt this was a great value and there was nothing that hindered our experience. First off, there were many bad reviews about the wifi, and people that said in the past it only worked in the lobby. Clearly this has been addressed by the hotel and it is not a problem any more. The wifi worked great for us the entire time in the room. The rooms themselves were very clean, and the air conditioner unit was the nicest and quietest one I've encountered in my 3 months of Thai travel. The breakfast was very good. The staff was all very nice. And the huge cliff is absolutely beautiful to behold from the rooms and pool. อ่านต่อ

Location is great and nice pool. However on our 2nd night there we discovered our room had bed bugs. We mentioned it to manager and they only wanted to give us 300 baht back when we paid 1200baht for our room. อ่านต่อ

Pros: great pool, rooms were ok. Cons: long uphill walk in the great with luggage and passed 3 members of staff who didn't offer to help. Have to pay extra for AC- quite expensive to begin with. Staff couldn't care less about customers. Very unhelpful when asking about laundry or transfers to other islands. Compare to other pieces on railay it's decent value as the actual room is ok maybe for a night only. อ่านต่อ
