ห้องดีมากๆ เทียบกับราคา ทำเลดีติดตลาด เดินไปถึงห้างเซนทรัลได้ง่าย แต่พนักงานไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรเท่าไหร่ ถามอะไรไม่ค่อยให้การช่วยเหลือ จะมีรอบเย็นที่มีคำแนะนำอะไรต่างๆ ในการเดินทางดี อ่านต่อ

สระว่ายน้ำสวย ไม่ค่อยมีคนเล่นน้ำมากนัก ของขายบริเวณใกล้เคียงมีพอสมควรการเดินทางไปโรงแรมจะห่างจากที่สองแถววิ่งประจำ แต่ค่าไปมาส่งให้ และเดินเข้าไปโรงแรมอีกประมาณ 30 เมตร อยู่ติดถนน แต่ไม่ติดหาด ต้องเดินไปไกล ห้องพักสะอาด มีไมโครเวฟในห้อง และที่ล้างจานให้ กว้างขวางดี แต่ไม่มีลิฟท์ต้องขึ้นบันได้ ไม่สูงมากมีแค่ 3 ชั้น รวมอาหารเช้าให้ด้วย จัดมาให้ในห้อง ถือว่าก็คุ้มกับราคาสำหรับในเกาะสมุย อ่านต่อ

ผมไปพักตอนปีใหม่ วันแรกที่ใช้บริการน้ำในสระสกปรกมากเหมือนไม่ได้ล้างมาเป็นปีๆ ไม่กล้าดำน้ำเลย จึงทำทีไปพูดคุยกับคนสวนว่าไม่ได้ล้างสระมานานเท่าไหร่แล้วเนี่ย พอวันที่สองจะไปเล่น กลับกลายเป็นว่าปิดสระ2วันเพื่อล้างทำความสะอาด ก็งงว่าทำไมทางโรงแรมไม่เตรียมการล่วงหน้า รู้แล้วว่าต้องมีลูกค้าเข้าพักมาในช่วงปีใหม่เยอะ แต่กลับมาปิดนูู้นปรับปรุงนี้ แย่จริงๆ โรงแรมมี3ชั้นต้องเดินขึ้นบันไดเอา จะลำบากมากกับคนที่พากระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่ อ่านต่อ

Superior room look at first sight nice and quite big. But when I sat on bed, I saw some stain on the ground by bed. I took tissue and wipe it. Tissue remained so dirty, as you would wipe ground on the corridor front of room... I checked whole room, and it was same on more places. So I took bath mat and made wet cleaning of ground myself. Bath mat was after cleaning so dirty, that I was affraid to give it next day for change to housekeeping, because maybe they would think, that I was use it for cleaning my bottom of shoes. They don't clean rooms with water and detergent. Just sweep. So you can walk by your bare foot on biological material of previous guests... Actually by my stay here I saw all 3 chambermaid working on my floor and I don't wondering why rooms are poor cleaned... Cleanliness is very important for me, so my review is low for this hotel. อ่านต่อ

The rooms are big and have nice furniture: a couch, a kitchen sink, microwave oven. The airco was a bit noisy and the TV is outdated, but who is watching TV anyway while you are on Koh Samui? The location is excellent near Central Festival. อ่านต่อ

Great staff, good location !!Not too far from all the action in Chaweng. Hotel staff were so nice and helpful!! The very first night I had left my bag with valuables in a shuttle bus from the airport. Staff made no hesitation in helping me track down the back, spending several hours driving me around Samui, with success !!! I WILL be coming back :) Thankyou for an amazing stay !!!! อ่านต่อ

the staff was friendly and helpful, the pool is very nice and the room even had kitchen-corner with water-cooker, microwave, fridge, which i didnt need. I asked for a quiet, which i got at the back as if u stay in streetfront every room us loud because of typical one-glasses window which not isolate any sound from outside. But despite of back-room it was not quiet because the very old-style aircon was the loudest i ever heard. if the external unit is running its crazy loud and u will wake up(room 216 or 218 at least). Also very loud on the backside if its raining because the falling rain is falling on a thin plastic-roof which amplifies every raindrop to a small bomb. So the room itself is big and okay and fair-prices but in 3 nights i had bad sleep because first of aircon, which i only used in fan-mode after first night. the other 2 nights had rain make it also impossible to sleep. Maybe there are better rooms or in the bungalow u can find some silence. oh, showerhead in 218 damaged. อ่านต่อ
