พนักงานบริการดี อุปกรณ์ในห้องครบครัน ที่พักที่นี่บอกว่าเป็นโรงแรม แต่ภาพรวมและป้ายชื่อที่หน้าตึกเป็น Apartment ที่นี่ยังไม่ใช่ 5 ดาว เป็นได้แค่ 3 ดาวครึ่งเท่านั้น ถ้าคุณเป็นคนคาดหวังกับ รร. 5 ดาว คุนอาจผิดหวัง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในเรื่องของอาหารที่ควรจะหลากหลาย ห้องอาหารใหญ่ๆ ที่นี่ไม่ใช่ เพราะอาหารมีให้เลือกน้อย และไม่พอกับความต้องการแขก แม้กระทั่งน้ำส้มคั้นไม่มีให้แขก ชั้นพัก 3 คืน ก้อมีให้ไม่พอ ความสะอาดก้อไม่โอเค ห้องน้ำเหม็นกลิ่นมากเพราะกลิ่นคงมาตามท่อ อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำก้อมีไม่ครบ เช่น แปรงสีฟันมีให้แค่ 1 ชุดเดียว ถ้วยบ้วนปากก้อไม่มี หมวกอาบน้ำให้อันเดียว อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำก้อไม่เติมให้ โต๊ะอาหารก้อไม่เช็ดให้ ถั่วสแนคที่มีบริการฟรีก็ให้แค่วันเดียว กระดาษทิชชู่ในห้องพักก้อไม่มีให้ ตอนเช็คอินเข้ามาที่ห้อง หน้าห้องพักเปื้อนเป็นวงใหญ่ กลับมาอีกวันรอยเดิมก้อยังคงอยู่ ไม่แน่ใจมาตราฐานความสะอาดของ รร เลย ต้องโทรไปทัก รอยสกปรกถึงหายไป มีอยู่วันนึงกลับเข้าห้องมาตอนห้าโมงเย็น งง มากไม่มีพนักงานมาทำความสะอาดห้องเลย โทรไปถามก้อบอกว่าติดห้องแขกอยู่ บางอย่างในห้องก้อให้เกิน แต่ของที่จำเป็นที่ทุกโรงแรมเขาทำกันกลับขาด ดีแต่ตรงที่มีอุปกรณ์สำหรับเสื้อผ้าให้ เช่น เตารีด โต๊ะรีดผ้า เครื่องซักผ้า ผงซักฟอก ราวตากผ้า เครื่องครัวครบครัน หมายเหตุ : เราลืมของไว้ในตู้เซฟ หลังจากเช็คเอ้าท์ ไม่ถึง 10 นาที ขณะกำลังเก็บกระเป๋าขึ้นรถ ลูกๆ ก้อวิ่งเล่นหน้าฟร้อนท์ พนักงานเดินมาบอกแม่ชั้นว่า เราลืมของไว้ในเซฟ ทั้งๆ ที่เราล็อครหัสไว้ (มีเงินเยอะด้วย ) เรารีบขึ้นกลับไปยังห้องพร้อมพนักงาน เรากดรหัสไปเข้าไม่ได้ พนักงานบอกเค้าเปิดเซฟแล้ว และเคลียร์ค่าไปแล้ว เรางงมาก ทำไมเซฟล็อค ลูกค้าก้อยังไม่ไป. ทำไมพนักงาน ไม่มาถามเพื่อยืนยันกับลูกค้าก่อน เพราะเซฟมันล็อคอยู่ เรากังขามากเลยว่าเงินหายไปไหม ช่างไม่ประทับใจเอาเสียเลย ที่นี่ยังไม่โปรพอที่จะเป็นห้าดาว อ่านต่อ

The place is well located in the heart of Bangkok, the nightlife nearby is superb. The hotel generously upgraded us to a larger suite (3-bedrooms) even though we only booked a 2-bedroom suite. The facilities are great. The pool is amazing on the top floor. I would highly recommend this place. อ่านต่อ

The air con vents keep dripping water. even in my sleep..i can hear water dripping to the wooden floor and on my blanket as the air con vents are just above the bed. This is throughout the rooms and living room. อ่านต่อ

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it literally got what we need. There is ironing board, 2in1 washing machine and a small size infinity pool. It is really a home like place especially my parents rather clean the room and dishes themselves lmao. Laundry detergents are free of charge and by request. Things I liked; sony TV and surround system, no overpriced minibar, well thought out and practical kitchen, bathroom etc Things that weren't so good: Chair at desk no good for extended periods of computer work. Internet connection very hard to connect to, very slow when it did connect, kept disconnectinh all the time. (I gave up on it and used my phone's hotspot in the end) อ่านต่อ

I came to stay at Shams so many times and I can tell that all of the staff are giving all their best to make each stay a membrebale one. I thank among other reasons this is the most effective and long lasting image that stay at the minds of Shams visitors. We stayed in two bedroom apartment # 1102. The apartment is so wide and big in size, it is clean and had an international channels. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids club. The location is good since it is next to Arab area. The breakfast was good with varaity of food. The service provided by staff was excellent and would like to thank them all for the perfect stay we had. Recommend this hotel to everyone. อ่านต่อ

Spacious rooms, fantastic swimming pool, great locationI had a very comfortable & enjoyable stay at Shama Suites All the staff were very friendly & helpful I was upgraded to a very clean & spacious 2 bedroom suite, It had a kitchen & washing machine which was very handy. The rooftop swimming pool is spectacular! Awesome city views (if you're not afraid of heights) The buffet breakfast was ok, could have more variety, the coffee was disappointing. Location, Room StyleSharma is well located in the Sukhumvit area of busy nightly action. The rooms were well appointed and spacious. The clientèle was mostly Middle Eastern and some European because few Aussies use Agoda. There is a lot to like about Sharma. Would have liked more than two movie channels though. อ่านต่อ

rooms are big & tidy, staff are friendly, backdoor of the hotel very close to nana plazawe stayed at the 2-bedroom premier suite, room was spacious, the kitchen & facilities are very good, the place is extremely tidy and comfortable. the only down point is that their wifi is not very stable and I encountered quite some difficulties when connecting to the wifi. อ่านต่อ

Service, Comfort, PriceLuxury+Elegant Contemporary mixed with Thai-style, the hotel is well designed. Lobby feels very comfortable, clean, smells good. Staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful. I didn't have time to try the pool on the rooftop and the gym, hopefully will do it upon next visit. The room layout suits my taste, I feel like home, and drop dead on the couch after an exhausted day. Discreet+Convenient The hotel entrance ally is secured and private, and there's a shortcut at the back exit leads to Soi4 & Soi6, which can easily dodge the crazy traffic on Sukhumvit Rd. nice specious appatrmenti liked the hotel very much as it is located in a busy shopping and bars area. the hotel staff are so friendly but there are not so many of them. so you may experience some delay in check in check out process. also the breakfast is poor not so much of selection are in there. i know that asian hotels are very generous on the selection they provide on the breakfast buffet but unfortunately not this hotel. อ่านต่อ
