We booked into our room, which was fine until 10pm when the aircon decided to make a real noise. we wanted to swap rooms and They cohldnt have been better in swapping our room, we got a suite with a living area bigger kitchen (the kitchens were a bit odd, you have tea and coffee making facilities but nothing else even though there was a stove and a western oven in our kitchen) we had a bath in our bathroom as well as a shower. Each room down stairs has a jacuuzi tub, we only stayed 2 nights but didnt get to use it. When we went to our new room the guy asked if we wanted to spray the room for a smell, honestly we never smelt a thing, but felt it a curious question... at check out the receptionist just nodded and didnt say thank you even though I can and did speak Thai with her, overall it was ok stay, but bit disappointed with a few things, but the beds were great and no noise from neighbouring rooms. อ่านต่อ

10-15 min walk from the beach. Good facilities and spacious room. My only criticism would be that the it was a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Specifically the shower head needed cleaning out and the kitchen units were showing signs on wear and tear. อ่านต่อ

Lovely hotel in Bang Tao with 2 gorgeous pools. The rooms were a great size including a full kitchen and fridge. The breakfast was ok, but can be very busy with Chinese tour groups. The pool areas are lovely, but unfortunately got really noisy at times with screaming kids. It seems most of the clientele at this hotel are families. อ่านต่อ

Check in upon arrival was all great till the 2nd day. Water supply in toilet was slow and totally none minutes later. Called to seek assistance for 4 times throughout the day and finally requested a change of room when the issue was not resolved. The manager did change us to another room and informed due to high occupancy hence the water issue arose. But I must say their professionalism and customer service are top notch dealing with upset customers like us. End of the day, we were glad to have stayed there. Disgusting and cold breakfasts, we waited for 75 minutes for dinner (Pad Thai) even though there was no one other than us. Restaurant service very poor and not communicative! Very helpful receptionist! The hotel itself is nice, clean, okey pools, location a bit poor, far away everywhere. อ่านต่อ

My friend and I stayed here for 4 days (dec 8 to 11). All the staffs are very accomodating and approachable. Although, there's a communication barrier. They still manage to find ways to give their best service. 😊 The hotel is just few minutes away from Bangtao beach. And, if you want to go there very fast. They will offer their shuttle service. Room is more like an apartment (I had Studio A) with living room, bedroom, kitchen, big bathroom. Very nice pool and well equipped gym. Staff is very friendly. It's about a 10-15 walk to the beach (but they also offer shuttle for free). Quiet, a couple of smaller restaurants nearby. 這裏是較安靜洒店，早餐一般，因為早餐，差不多每天都是一樣，唯一不好的是沒有熱着食物，所以全部都是凍冰冰，同埋有時有烏蠅嬲過，同埋唔知點解侍應生，係唔會將啲食物蓋翻蓋，因為有D人客人打開食物蓋，沒有関好，有D內地客不蓋翻蓋，我覺得不衛生，因為他們是五星級酒店，所以更加要做好啲，最靚是兩個泳池，超舒服，房間都算闊落，位置不近巴東，有免費接駁車往來沙灘，這個服務值得一讚，不過架車較為細，只可坐四至五人。 อ่านต่อ

Вода в джакузи не менялась с момента открытия отеле; ресторан в отеле работает только на Завтрак где из съедобного только яичница; убирают каждый день но к вечеру в номер «ветром надувает» кучу волос непонятного происхождения. В номере ужасный запах канализации! Комары и куча мошек из труб... И в самый ответственный момент когда надо было ехать в аэропорт в номере сломался сейф и мы не смогли достать свои паспорта вовремя... в общем отель конкретно испортил нам отдых... больше туда не ногой!
