Helpful and efficient and friendly staff at reception.... I arrived quite a bit early was let into my room which for the money was great value and spotlessly clean... Would recommend definitely.. อ่านต่อ

Very nice and clean hotel. Swimming pool and rooms are exellent and clean. Staff is very frendly and care about you. Rooms have a BIG BED and TV. Hotel location is bad, you must to take a taxi or Tuk-Tuk if you want to go to shopping or to the beach or to somewhere. Hotel is good and must to see. Price was also exellent for us ;) อ่านต่อ

Great swim up room was really convenient with 2 children, I would of given 5* for value but for the 950 thb charge for extra bed per night - where would the 2 children noted on the booking have slept.. Location a little out of the way for Rawai beach, hotel does shuttle service 3 times a day however none at night so taxi ranging between 200 and 400 one way. There are nice restaurants and an ice cream parlour a 20 minutes walk away to the right, opposite direction to hotel. Breakfast coffee and eggs, toast and fruit, selection representative of hotel size. Overall an enjoyable quiet relaxing stay as we’d expected. อ่านต่อ

I have been to Phuket many times in different hotels to explored new things. This hotel is such a hidden gem!! I personally recommended the pool access room. Espacially, thank you to the receptionist guy ( Poh ) he really has such a good hospitality, he help us to send back our lost property even we left few days ago. Rooms are huge and clean. The balcony is lovely with great view of sunrise. Service staff are helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Rose for her hospitality. However, the beach nearby is pathetic. The breakfast is also rather miserable. We also enjoyed having drinks and snacks at the rooftop at night. Breezy and quiet place to hangout. อ่านต่อ

I had a wonderful bstay in Aqua Resort. Rooms are clean, spacious, with nice balconies. The pool is beautiful, breakfast is delicious. The staff are kind, helpful, and professional. Custumer service is amazing and personalized, i really felt like home. I highly recommend this hotel, you can rent motorbike, they also have free bicycle for rent and shuttle to takenyou to the closest beach. อ่านต่อ

酒店设施相当新，装修也很赞，服务不错，很不错的入住体验，以后还会光顾，不足是位置偏僻，不好找，入夜后周边很黑，还有就是早餐口味一般，品种也不丰盛，酒店小巷出来对面有家711，我就买了好多喜欢吃的当早餐!总体上这家酒店不错，期待不足可以得到改善！ อ่านต่อ
