ประทับใจห้องพักมากค่ะ วิวสวยมาก พนักงานโดยรวมดี อยากให้พนักงานแต่งตัวที่เป็นฟอร์ม เพราะบางที ดูไม่รู้คนไหนเป็นพนักงาน และเวลาพาไปห้องพัก ทำให้รู้สึกกลัวๆ ว่าใช่หรอ 555 ที่พักดี อาหารฮาลาล แต่รอช้าหน่อย อาจเพราะลูกค้ามาก วันกลับไม่ประทับใจ เรื่องที่พนักงานหาผ้าขนหนูไม่เจอ แจ้งว่ามีไม่ครบ ทั้งๆที่มาแจ้งทีหลังว่า ใส่ไม่ครบ ทำให้เสียเวลาในการรอ และหา อยากให้มีความรอบคอบให้มากกว่านี้ อ่านต่อ

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนเขา วิวสวยมาก ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดี มีรถรับส่งไปเดินเที่ยวปากบาราฟรีด้วย เสียแต่ไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อในบริเวณใกล้เคียง เด็ก ๆ อยากทานขนมต้องเดินออกไปไกล ซื้อน้ำจากห้องอาหารของโรงแรมชาร์จหลายเท่าตัวมาก อย่างอื่นไม่มีที่ติครับ อ้อ อีกนิด ห้องพักอยู่สูงขึ้นไปตามไหล่เขา อาจไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุนะครับ เพราะต้องเดินขึ้นบันไดหลายชั้นกว่าจะไปเจอลิฟท์ อ่านต่อ

I travelled with my spouse, my mother and my 4 months old daughter. This hotel is probably the best accommodation Pakbara could offer. We really enjoyed our stay here. Pros : - The scenery from this hotel is magnificent. Seaview room offers scenic sights overseeing Pakbara beach and the islands while on the outside you could view the valley. The sunset is magnificent! - Hotel is new, super clean, and the staff are very helpful. - Food and massage service is affordable. The food is nice too. - Carpark is available and this is very important as I drove from KL to Pakbara using my own vehicle. Cons : - The biggest drawback of this hotel is there was no direct elevator access to our Seaview room. There is a lot of staircase to get to our room. Not really elderly or handicapped people friendly. - 7 eleven and town is about 5km away and it is non-walkable. Not an issue as we have our own car อ่านต่อ

Pros, I can see the sunset from my room, breathtaking view of the ocean. Pool was ok for the kids to enjoy. Spacious room, not too fancy but adequate for a night’s stay. Cons, not suitable for older people or very young children as they have to walk up the hilly hotel and the flight of stairs. Wheelchair and stroller friendly though but the hill is quite steep so watch it ok. Overall, it was ok, breakfast was good, not too fancy but enough for us-asian cuisine. อ่านต่อ

The hotel is so ill-designed that the taxe driver had to leave me at the road and I had to carry my bags about 50 meters up a VERY steep hill to get to the lobby, then up another two flights to my room. One restaurant with a very limited and nondescript menu, no wine or alcohol. Beer was also not on the menu but available if requested (hid in a cooler in the back). The room has no side tables next to the bed, no comfortable chair (two dining room style chairs) and one overhead light, making reading in the room impossible. No beach. Very poor tv reception, and very far (2 kilometers or more from the nearest convenience store, not to mention a town with alternative dining options. No activities for guests. I booked for one night and extended one more night because I couldn't catch the boat to the island. I recommend you to have good condition of legs. Because it's located on the hill, so the view is wonderful especially on sunset time. My Happy time was in the morning with nice local breakfast, I recommend you to try Ro-ti (Thai name) I love it, can eat many pieces. If you need to get cleaning room you need to put the cleaning label infront of the door to let the staff know or tell the service desk. the things they need to improve is if there is a small supermarket around there it would be better. I stayed at sea view room on the fourth floor. View was perfect. I had booked 3 sea view rooms for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the one of the sea view room wasn't available for the first night. The hotel asked us to stay in the other room and refund excess money. Choices of breakfast was OK. Staff at the front desk was helpful but housemaid didn't make-up any room for us. Very clean and comfortable bed and big room with an amazing sea view. The hotel concept is hill, It's absolutely on the great hill position beside sea. The breakfast food was delicous and local. The staff are brilliant and took time to explain everything and answer all questions. Loved the stay, will be back. อ่านต่อ
