We were genuinely impressed with the quality of the service rendered by the staff members right from the time we checked in right until we leave. We were greeted at the ground lobby & our luggage was taken care of immediately. Checking in was smooth and luggage was delivered to our room promptly. Room was clean and well equipped. Amenities were refilled daily with room cleaning.
We booked an airport transfer & to our surprise, we were greeted by an escort upon arrival who, helped us wheeled our luggage to the check in counter, stayed with us and then walked us to the entrance of immigration! We were absolutely blown away!
Location is excellent as it is located right above Central embassy which has a linked bridge to Ploen Chit BTS and Chit Lom BTS is accessible through Central Chidlom. Couldn't comment on the food as we did not have any meals in the hotel.
Overall, a very pleasant experience & Park Hyatt will definitely be our choice of accommodation in Bangkok from now on!อ่านต่อ

The location of the hotel is very good, within 5 min. walk to the BTS Phloen Chit station. There is a pedestrian bridge connecting Central Embassy (the hotel is on the 10/F) to the BTS which means you won't get wet walking to the BTS station even when it is raining outside. The room is spacious and you can find a nice bath tube with open city view, there is even an iron in the room. And the best part of the hotel I think is the staff. They all made you feel very welcome and they speak very good English. They have even prepared a small cake for my mother's birthday which made my mother so happy. Big applause for the staff!อ่านต่อ

Service from staff could be improved. Checked in but room was not ready and staff said they will call / text to inform when room is ready. Went back to the hotel to check if room is ready as i did not receive any text message or call and Room was ready. Cream beige tones and black ads a luxurious clean feel to this hotel. Service was excellent, comfy bed, enjoyed the LeLabo products. However, the breakfast was somewhat lagging in sophistication. Like that idea of A La Carte Breakfast Buffet but some dishes like the fried rice, and the waffles lack personality and B grade. Central Embassy shopping mall is connecting to the hotel, very convenient, there are many nice restaurants n shops n super market. Only 5 mins walking, we can arrive BTS station. Room are good, it's big, clean and new. Their staff are helpful n nice too. Very good to stay here for 5 days.อ่านต่อ

this hotel is right on top of the Central Embassy shopping mall, which connet to Chit Lom shopping center and Chit Lom BTS. Breakfast was excellent!
