จองผ่าน agoda มีเอกสารยืนยัน แต่พนักงานบอกว่าไม่รับทราบพร้อมกับบอกเราให้ไปประสานงานกับ agoda เอง โรงแรมไม่รู้เรื่อง และพูดจาไม่ดี และจะไม่รับผิดชอบอะไร เราจึงเริ่มวีนโดยบอกว่า นี่มันเป็นปัญหาระหว่างโรงแรมกับ agoda ทำไมโรงแรมไม่ไปเคลียร์กันเอง ทำไมให้ลูกค้าไปเคลียร์ พนักงานถึงเริ่มไปเช็ค แล้วสุดท้ายก็เจอการจองของเรา เสียความรู้สึกมาก เพราะถ้าไม่วีนพนักงานก็จะไม่ดำเนินการใดๆให้ อ่านต่อ

Value for moneyThe hotel is in a very good location. Very near to happening place. Calm and quite hotel. Idle to stay with family. It's a less expensive hotel with good facility. Free wifi is provided by the hotel. The Internet speed is very good. Most of the time toilet soap, tawel didn't provided by the hotel. Over all it's a value for money hotel. อ่านต่อ

I came for treatment at Bumrungrad Hospital. I needed to go many times do the hospital and being at Nana Hiso Hotel made it very easy for me. In September I have more exams at Bumrungrad, so I will stay again in this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends because I really liked it. Thanks for everything! อ่านต่อ

Air conditioning is cold enoughIt was a very bad experience for us. 1. Heater spoil 2. Door cannot lock - no repair person available 3. No common living room 4. Limited tv channels 5. Bed , food and air conditionerI have been to NANA HISO on 3 previous occasions , but this time round the staff were very pathetic and unhelpful , there was no wifi throught the 6 days of my stay, they refused to clean the room after 5 pm, very disappointing อ่านต่อ

No selling points on this hotelBad Internet. Caters to Arabic people mostly. Only shop in hotel sells Arabic slippers and shoes only. Not a good breakfast buffet. Not a good position...you have to walk at least 10 minutes to get to the nearest train station. The TV does not have any English channels worth watching. No movies in English at all. อ่านต่อ

Location, RoomsThe Hotel is in the Arab area of Sukhumvit. Booked a room in the new wing for 1 night. Location is good in terms of accessibility to nearby shopping areas. Rooms are large and come with an attached balcony. Wi-Fi was unfortunately not working that night. New hotel, just far enough away from the hustle of Sukhumvit Rd.Large rooms, well cleaned. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good balconies in all rooms, ours was overlooking well kept Gardens. Hotel has just been renovated to a high 3 star standard with modern clean bathrooms. Rooms were cleaned well. Reception speak good English and were very helpful, allowing late checkout for a late night flight. A good half kilometre walk to Sukhumvit Road but plenty of taxis and Tuk Tuks passing by. อ่านต่อ

this is a great hotel in the perfect position to take advantage of the local night life, shopping & restaurants. the facilities are great & the food was fresh. the hotel is a very open plan, and very modern. great pool & outdoor area. very happy to stay there again. อ่านต่อ

Close to Bumrungrad HospitalThe hotel's outward appearance was nice. However, wallpaper in the hallway near our room was peeling off. Our room was very musty smelling. The air conditioner filters were dirty. There were no tissues or soap provided in the room. The bathroom floor was dirty. The bath towels were very thin. The safe would not stay locked after setting the passcode. The walls are thin - heard conversations next room easily. The breakfast was very minimal. Internet access was sporatic. The room door closing mechanisms caused the doors to slam, which we heard many room doors close on the floor all night. Our door would not completely shut unless you pulled the handle. Many conversations taking place on the floor all night. Traffic on the road in front of the hotel is bad during working hours. Friendly Staff, Clean...I liked this hotel. For the price it was very clean, the staff was friendly and diligent. I didn't have one issue while staying here. It was far enough away from the crazy nightlife of Bangkok to be peaceful, but close enough to not be a hassle to get to. อ่านต่อ
