This place is perfect for everything You have family mart less than 200 meters away Many restaurants around the place They are kind enough to give you bikes for free that you can use all day Beaches are very close The pool is good, they clean it everyday The staff is friendly especially the supervisor Daniel So... The villa was fabulous and had everything our young family needed for a great week in southern Phuket. Daniel has thought of everything and has furnished the villa to such a high standard. The pool is great and the villa opens up so it feels like you’re outside even when you’re inside!! We loved the location close to Ya Nui beach which is wonderfully quiet and unspoilt. Pros: friendly staff, villa itself provide car rental (Honda jazz for 1000bath, motorbike 250baht), comfortable bed, reasonable electricity charges (ours was 225baht for 1night) Cons: location may be a little hard to find. However, u can always tell yr taxi driver or navigate yr GPS to Ya Nui Resort, it's just near there. อ่านต่อ

The Villa was great! Everything seemed and smelled brand new! The kitchen was very well equiped and facilities were impressive. Although its a little difficut to find the area, the owner daniel walked us through the phone with care and patience with us. The staffs and the owner was very warm and hospitale and were more than happy to help with anything. Such delication! Its just too bad that we only stayed for 3 nights; we would definately come back if we were to visit phuket again. A fantastic job done by the crew! อ่านต่อ

We were so impressed with this beautiful property; it was exactly what we needed for an amazing end to our holiday. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The cleaners came daily. We were able to order some great food from a menu provided in the villa. The sliding windows at the pool side area open up completely; it’s an amazing feature that makes you feel like you are living inside and outside at the same time. There are 3 beaches near the Villa. For sunbathing and snorkeling we preferred Ya Nui beach, it is a 10 minute walk away. The better beach or area for night time is Rawai beach, we found many good restaurants here that are within 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. There is a 24 hour grocery store located 2 minutes’ walk away and we could buy most of the supplies we needed there. We would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back! อ่านต่อ

建物は非常に大きい。３００平米くらいある。リビングにはユーチューブを見れる最新型の韓国製のテレビがあって楽しめた。プールは浅く飛び込んだらオデコ強打した。リビングのハイサッシを全開にして半アウトドア状態で、ビールを一日10本くらい飲みながらプールで子供が遊ぶのをずっと眺めていた。お腹がすいたら徒歩5分の地元レストランでトムヤムクンと焼き海老を食べたりした。こういう暮らしを数日続けていたらなぜか左足の甲が痛みはじめた。早く歩けなくなった。 อ่านต่อ

Trotz täglicher Reinigung sind in der Villa sehr viele Ameisen, Moskitos, Spinnen, Kakerlaken und auch Eidechsen. Ab und zu kommt auch die Katze vom Nachbar vorbei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmerreinigung und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher könnten sauberer sein. Ansonsten ist die Villa wie beschrieben, man hat alles was man braucht. อ่านต่อ
