Good hotel with good location. Nice pool. I didn’t like breakfast very much, I could have more options. Another point that was not positive was having to leave 1000 bahs of deposit Bom hotel, boa piscina. O café da manhã e fraco e com poucas opções. Worth the money for solo traveller especially. Its a walking distance and you don’t have to use map and you wont get lost to patong beach and many shops and food etc. You can save cost on the transport and avoid from traffic to some places. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall stay was Fine. อ่านต่อ

We had a wonderful time at Ratana. We arrived in the evening, the staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful from the very beginning to the very end. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is basic but I think this is what you can expect, lots of options for people that are not vegetarians like us. Receptionists are nicest people we met in Thailand!!! Location is perfect, super close to the beach, shops, restaurants and its not that noisy during the night. Highly recommended! อ่านต่อ

We only stayed for one night at this hotel but wouldn't mind staying longer if we visit phuket again. It was nice and clean and comfortable. Bit of a walk to Jungceylon and Bangla but it's ok. Cons : aircon works well but a bit loud. And also the bar on the corner of the street gets bit loud late night. That's if you are a light sleeper. Didn't effect us much. Room service food and drink prices were very good too. I would definitely consider staying there again. อ่านต่อ

The Hotel is relatively new and nice place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location suited me as it was away from Bangla Road , about 15 minutes walk so nice and quiet at night. It has numerous good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and these also are run by friendly people. Only downside to hotel was breakfast, it was adequate but not that exiting!! I have 2 nights here. The hotel location was good. The room was big and there was a sofa there. Breakfast was nice. Near from 711. Near from thai massage. If you walk about 5 minutes there was street food that open around 5 evening. อ่านต่อ

Nice new hotel in Patong Beach, opened in December 2016. We booked a grand deluxe room and were very happy with it. Spacious, clean and very comforatable bed. Many TV channels as well. Breakfast was also very good, lots of choice. Fresh fruit, bread, croissants, eggs... 10 minutes to the beach and a little further to Bangla Road... all tuk tuks will ask 200 bath to Bangla Road... Only issue we had was that when we came back to the hotel at night the reception asked the ID of my checked in and longtime girlfriend from Laos.. which was embarassing for her... guess the new staff was just unexperienced... อ่านต่อ

If you are planning a budget, so i think this is best hotel for this budget. Although its 5 mins walkable distance to beach, but just next to all facilities like, pubs, bars, bikes for hire, sea-food restaurant, near to Jung Ceylon (popular mall in Phuket). Best place to stay in Patong I feel. Cleanliness is awesome & furniture is also best inside room. Pool is big and free towels available for beach and pools. In this price, its hard to find a hotel in Patong with all facilities provided and all important shops, stores, etc just next to hotel. อ่านต่อ

Could not fault this hotel if you have a room with a view , large rooms and everything is almost new. Breakfast is simple but they just started new improved menu , so better now. Great restaurant area around the pool. อ่านต่อ

יתרונות - המקום קרוב מאוד לבית חב"ד ולמטייל, נקי (רק צריך לבקש שינקו). חסרונות - יקר מידי בשביל החדר הקטן שהם נותנים, מקום רועש, הכיור נמצא בחדר ולא השירותים. Advantages - The place is very close to the Chabad House and to the traveler, clean (just ask to be cleaned). Disadvantages - too expensive for the small room they give, noisy place, the sink is in the room and not the toilet. อ่านต่อ

This is a top quality hotel with every facilities in an excellent location though it's a bit difficult to find as no one can help with the location. Probably you have to ask Ratana hotel only skipping New Nordic. Rooms are clean & beautiful having every modern facilities. Excellent pool. อ่านต่อ

I really love this hotel mostly because of the friendly staff and the comfortable of the rooms. I booked 2 rooms for only 4 people and they provide us one single bed to accommodate the 5 of us. But of course, extra money is charged. That is just a normal policy of all hotel. I didnt pay for the breakfast so I dont have anything to comment on it. The only con of this hotel is lack of marketing because they dont even have sign outside it and it’s difficult for us and also the locals to find it. Good location and a 15min walk to Bangla and the epicentre of mayhem! Staff have poor grasp of English and can be frustrating, but do their best. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast which was a pittance. And remember never to trust photos of any of the hotels. About 4 in the pool would be a village! อ่านต่อ
