ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่กว่าที่คิด ห้องพักตกแต่งสวย แต่ไม่ค่อยสะอาด แอร์ชั้นบนไม่เย็น ทางรีสอร์ทได้เปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ให้ แต่ห้องเหม็นอับ เหมือนปิดไว้นาน ทำเลที่ตั้งเข้าไปค่อนข้างลึก ถ้าไม่มีรถส่วนตัวคงลำบาก ที่จอดรถน้อยมาก และคับแคบ สรุปคือ ไม่ประทับใจ แต่ด้วยราคาที่ถูกกว่าครึ่งนึงเมื่อเทียบกับ pool villa อื่นๆ ก็พอจะให้อภัยได้ แต่คงไม่ไปพักซ้ำ อ่านต่อ

ห้องนอนชั้นบนไม่มีประตูกั้นห้องส่วนตัว พอขึ้นบรรไดแล้วก็เจอเตียงนอนเลย ห้องน้ำมีแต่ชั้นบน ลำบากมากเวลาเล่นน้ำ ต้องเดินขึ้นลง ฝักบัวในห้องน้ำเสียน้ำกระเด็นเปียกหมด อ่างอาบน้ำที่อุดรูระบายก็เสีย ปิดไม่ได้ สระน้ำไม่สะอาดมีแมลงลอยเต็ม ระบบน้ำไม่ไหลเวียน อ่านต่อ

ห้องพักโอเคค่ะ ก่อนเข้าพักมีค่ามัดจำกุญแจ 2 พันบาท แต่ตอนเช็คเอ้าพนักงานให้เซ็นในใบรับเงินมัดจำไม่บอกอะไร พอเซ็นเสร็จพนักงานคืนมาให้ 1 พัน แล้วบอกว่าอีก 1 พันเป็นค่าชาร์ตสระว่ายน้ำ ปกติมันไม่ได้รวมอยู่ในค่าห้องเหรอแล้วไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้ามาแจ้งตอนเช็คเอ้าแล้วหักเอาจากมัดจำเลยได้ด้วยเหรอค่ะ อ่านต่อ

The room was nice . I personally love the bathroom . Place was quite isolated . Pool was unkempt but still ok. There were communication barriers . Ordered room service staff told us that chef did not came to work. Place was too isolated for grab riders to deliver food. Some cancelled our order. Middle of the night, whole room power tripped. But lucky staffs was quick to response tho it took quite awhile for them to answer the phone at the reception. Overall, it was ok. อ่านต่อ

Great for couples looking for privacy, the private pools and the apartments are really nice and comforting the only downside is location. Even the nearest seven eleven is 2km away but overall great resort. อ่านต่อ

The villa itself is nice and well designed Although, many things are lacking and can be improved. The pool water is not so clean, there are spider webs and dead insects on the edge of the pool. The edge of the pool is mouldy as well. Requested for staff to clean the pool edges but the request was not honoured, came back to see the pool edges still dirty. Seems like the villa’s staff didn’t put much effort in cleaning the villa. When I checked in, there are lizard poop on the floor. And behind the sofa cushion there are dusts and peanut shells from previous guests. Another thing is that we called for room service around 3pm and was told that the restaurant is closed and will only open for dinner. Bit of a hassle since food option is only foodpanda (approx 45-60 minutes) or drive out to get food. Would be nice if room service is available during afternoon time. The villa is nice to relax but definitely would recommend to have your own transport as the villa is secluded and is uphill. The only upside about this villa is that they are SUPER relaxed about the check out time. I called and ask for late checkout at 3pm and the staff did not hesitate to approve that request. Will probably come back if there’s no other option but wouldnt really recommend it. อ่านต่อ

1. No welcome drink for the amount of money paid. 2. No water supply in the room. We checked in at 1000pm, noted no water supply in our villa. Then asked us to move to another villa which was not cleaned and prepared for stay in the middle of the night.no compensation or complementary was given for their mistakes. 3. No complementary breakfast given. 3.no sanitary bag 5. No laundry bags. 6. Poor choices for food for the money or amount being charged. 7. Other hotels give better rates and services compared to this hotel. 8. Does not look as great as what it is potraited in Agoda.com. It is like cheating the customers who are coming from far.please be honest in your recommendations. 9. Clean and new, the villa surrounding is quiet, can go for it if you aim for relaxing environment.. The staff is friendly, just that the kitchen/cafe was only opened during certain hours, not really convenient for us. อ่านต่อ
