I booked this hotel as it’s out the way yet still on the baht bus route and looked like it had a fantastic pool, my dream was shattered when I arrived to find the pool is under renovation, ( not mentioned on Agoda ) as for the rooms They are very clean but out dated , I had constant problems with faulty air con units resulting in changing the room 3 times, upgraded to the platinum room which was on offer but yet still faulty hot air con units , it seems these units are not maintained or have money on repairs spent. I must give credit to the staff who are very helpful and polite and try there best to sort any problem out. The breakfast is good and plentiful. Overall I was gutted about the pool being closed and having constant faults with the air conditioning so I wouldn’t stay here again unless the rooms are better maintained. อ่านต่อ

Overall our stay at this hotel was very good.rooms very clean.the young lady on reception upgraded us to deluxe rooms,which had pool,sea and city views.breakfeast was the same every day,but ample and good.location is good,whilst not in centre of pattaya,tuktuks run frequently almost outside the hotel.costing 10baht..Also worth going in other direction to naklua night market.our only problem with this hotel was LACK OF SUNLOUNGERS.In most days the few available were taken up by long term residents who occupied them all day.so for value excellent.the main receptionist very friendly also the small young cleaner on our floor very nice อ่านต่อ

I stayed here because I booked late and my usual hotels in Central Pattaya were full over NY. Excellent value for money as I paid less than 1000 THB a night and the room size is much bigger than my other regular hotels, breakfast was included but I didn't use it as I don't like buffets and prefer freshly cooked food. The hotel is quiet as it is set back from the main road but a several minute Baht bus ride from Beach road, the Baht buses are plentiful running right from in front of the hotel entrance. Pool looked clean but I didn't venture in. Room cleaning was well done and the lady was lovely as were the receptionists. Underground car parking is available. อ่านต่อ

Stayed here first time and quite enjoyed the room. Pool looked great even though we never used it; had breakfast supplied but never got up early enough to try it...only complaint was when we arrived early in the morning after a late flight, the girl at the desk was very terse and patronising. I had placed my passport on the desk but she was asking if we had a booking? When she only had to check my name against the Agoda booking she already had in front of her... other than that and the bed a little harder than we are used to,everything was fine. อ่านต่อ
